I give the food 4 stars. I give the service 1-2 stars. I feel the waitresses are more accommodating to older customers. Just because I am young, it doesnt mean I am going to overlook bad service. Ive observed how my waitresses have acted with other customers and feel I received poor service compared to customers older than me. Ive had a waitress demand me to "pass the cup" to pour me water in a flat tone of voice. Okay, its Saturday morning and youre working, not my fault. Put a fake smile on and try to be good at your job. To not bore you with other details of her ill waitressing, at the end, she kept looking to see if I was done with my meal so she can take the plate away. She never came over to ask if I wanted a box. Just for fun, I sat there an extra 10 minutes just to see how long it would take for her to come over and ask nicely if I wanted a box to go for my meal. When she did finally come over she asked me if she could take the plate away, in her flat tone of course. I then had to request a box. The box she brought me was the smallest they had. I had a lot of left overs. This I assumed she did out of spite since she was not able to clean my table since I took forever with my meal. I am there spending my money on your food and your service. BE NICE. Its what youre supposed to do as a waitress. I had to stuff my left overs in that tiny box because I didnt want to deal with her anymore. The three times I have been to this First Watch, I Ieave irritated because of the lazy waitresses. The food is really good, but the service isnt impressive. The service is better at the McGregor location.

This is my absolute favorite brunch place! My mom and I always visit when Im home from college, and leave feeling healthy, happy, and satisfied. The customer service is always wonderful too. Over the years of coming, weve had a number of different waiters and waitresses, and they are always perky, fast, and helpful. They occasionally change their layout, so its fun to see the updates. Its always very clean! Theres an open kitchen and you can see how nice they keep everything. I LOVE their avocado toast and scrambles. The bread and muffins are great! Recently, I found out I have a gluten allergy - so substituting the bread has been easy (I personally like ordering the greens- the light dressing is perfect). I recommend the Bacado Omelet or Frittata Rustica (easy to make paleo/gluten friendly) for healthier options. The TriFecta is great too if youre wanting something light. Pro-Tip: You can ask for your omelet scrambled, I like that so my toppings are in every bite (not that they ever skimp on toppings anyway) You also cant go wrong with their juices. My mom and I like to split the morning meditation or kale tonic, and they bring it in separate glasses for us (we feel like a whole one each is just too filling). Their ice tea is great - and they will bring you a to go cup if you want to take your refill with you. I love eggs, so I rarely get lunch - but my boyfriend likes doing a half sandwich/soup or salad and hes only said good things about everything hes tried.

My morning experience: I normally dont write negative reviews and just keep things to myself but this morning was my breaking point. My friends and I love going out to eat at First Watch, the food is always good and never disappoints. Unfortunately, experience wasnt the best this morning. To our female server - as a fellow female when is it ever okay to comment on what we put into our bodies? If you dont agree with "carbs" thats great but dont make it a point to call us out on it? If we wanted to eat a bagel and toast, why do we have to be criticized by what we crave? I dont know whats going on in your life or why you werent in the best mood when you waited on our table -- but we had nothing to do with what goes on outside of First Watch. Next time someone orders a Bagel and yes Toast - dont comment about it or make a statement of "Carbs, Carbs, Carbs". Thank god none of us have eating disorders, but if we did can you imagine what we would be going through? I dont understand why people are so judgmental? Next time if we have you as a server, Ill be sure to order a whole loaf of bread. P.s - life is short. Cherish every moment and dont judge three random girls that sit down at your table for breakfast.

Changing my last review :My every Sunday breakfast place to AWFUL SERVICE I WONT BE BACK worst experience I have ever had in this place. Server Alexis didnt care about doing a good job. My boyfriends tea was empty for 15 minutes after we told her we needed a refill. I ended up asking another server for refill and he didnt give a rat ass either. He gave it to me but with an awful attitude. Stop hiring people who dont care. You are screwing the reputation of your awesome breakfast. We wont be back at least not to this one. You just lost a regular customer . The lady at the register didnt give me the survey because she knew I was mad but thanks God reviews exist and here everyone will see it. Hope you get better people or keep your old ones who are awesome like Daniel

I was surprised to find this delicious, organic breakfast/lunch restaurant amid a sea of artery-clogging fast food restaurants that focus more on their name than the quality of their food. My daughter and I took a chance with this place the first time we ate here and after that, we were hooked. Everything tasted fresh as if it were just picked off of the farm. If you like avocados, try the avocado toast. On Day 2 of our visit, I ordered the lemon ricotta pancakes which I couldnt even finish due to its large size. If you are looking for great, healthy brunch options in this part of Florida, this is the place to visit.

The food was absolutely great. However, my service was awful. I had family visiting and wanted to take them somewhere different. The waitress scolded my cousin for not knowing what sugar on raw was. She didnt apologize for serving us grits on a dirty dish. Never smiled and if looks cool kill wed all be laid to rest. My receipt says her name was Megan but Im unsure because she never told us her name. Luckily I took care of the $62 bill and the gratuity reflected the service, which was below par.

Ive been eating at first watch restaurants for 15+ years. They recently changed thier menu and they took out a lot of thier classic dishes. I am not a fan of thier new menu. I also ordered a fruit cup for my baby son. The fruit was not fresh. The grapes and honedew were bad. We asked for a new bowl and they sent back the same one with some of the grapes picked off. The atmosphere has changed from a light fresh feeling to a rustic hipster cottage.
