The epitome of awful. We walked into this Ihop today for the second time thinking wed give it another chance. That was a dumb move on our part. It didnt take long for Jessica to greet us and seat us, she was nice. We got the same server as before. The first time she had been new so we excused her of her rudeness amd argumentative tone. This time, however, no excuse. You DO NOT argue with a displeased customer. First, let me back up to the beginning of this nightmare. She was nowhere to be seen once we were seated. Jessica, the person that sat us, had to come and ask our drink order. People that came in after us were being served, but again, our server was nowhere to be found. Finally she came and informed us shed be with us in a moment. She took our order, then a bit later we got our food from another server. My friend cut into her "over-easy" eggs only to find the white was clear and runny. Our server came over noticing my friend was visibly upset and asked if she needed another plate to put her waffle on. My friend informed her the eggs were not done, so the server gave her a plate to put the waffle on to go get new eggs. The waffle decided to fall apart resulting in the berries and cream falling through the middle. The server then becomes irate saying shell go get a whole new plate for her. Then, she comes back asking how shed like her eggs. My friend states again, "over-easy" and the server argues the previous eggs were "over-easy". My friend pointed out the white was NOT supposed to be runny, only the yolk. The server then argues that done whites would be "over-medium" eggs. Not "over-easy". My friend continues to say that is not true. At this point, the server very loudly goes back to the kitchen yelling to the cook about my friend. Not bothering to be quiet or professional AT ALL. We decide to cancel the order and ask for our check for my portion of the meal. The manager then comes over to process our check and proceeds to argue with my friend about the eggs. Stating that it is Ihop standard to make "over-easy" eggs with runny whites and "over-medium" with done whites. Which would have been fine had they explained this to us in the beginning and not argued in such an unprofessional manner. Bottom line, if you want to argue with the staff over an issue. Go here. As for us, we will never return. There are other much more efficient Ihop restaurants that will gladly take our money and give us a much better experience.

I went there this morning with my friend 9/25/2014 it was around 1:00 in the afternoon. Our waitresses name was Stacey, it seemed that she was more interested with the other people in the restaurant then us. I do not know if it is because we are younger girls and she thought we were just going to eat and not tip well (I usually tip 20%), she did not come by and ask how the food was prepared or if we needed more to drink. She forgot the ketchup we asked for, so we had to ask a different server to help us out. She brought the check without asking if we wanted a dessert, or more to drink. I like the location of the restaurant it is right across the bridge from downtown Fort Myers, but the service or lack of was horrid this afternoon. not sure if I will be returning.

This IHOP was as good as any on the food. The waitress disputed when we said the check was wrong. When we showed her the menu and proved we were right "the menus are wrong" was the response! Even head office IHOP took no notice of the problem when contacted.... Gave me an incident number (570690) but no one followed it up!! Get your customer service sorted out IHOP.... UPDATE 28th Feb.... Despite several promises from IHOP head office no one contacted us to discuss what started off as a small issue. Disgusting customer relations IHOP. One lost customer that will spread the word as far as they can.

One waitress for the entire restaurant. She was great trying to serve so many. There were 3 others, not sure what they were doing. Not helping her. Waited over 10 min to place our order. Had 2 five year olds with me. They were starving. When we were finished we waited at least another 10 min for the check. Even the twins commented that it never took this long before. Needless to say they were getting restless. We will go back because it wasnt the servers fault. I hate it when people stand around and dont take the initiative to help.

Great family dinner spot. With 3 kids we take advantage of the Kids Eat Free promotion as often as possible. Never had a bad meal there. Personal favorite is Steak Tips and eggs, so flavorful and tender. Lunch favorite is Turkey Avacado Bennie made with thick carved slices of Turkey on a sweet brioche bread. Service is always with a smile. Cant say enough good things. If I was forced to find a fault, Id say the ketchup bottles on the table need filled more often.

Disgusting and unprofessional... Honestly should be closed. No manager had left one hour this was at 4ish pm and wouldnt return to next morning at 730. hmm also left staff with no change one server had to run out to go get change in order for us to leave a tip. food was burnt our server was great but holly smokes people worst service ever. People run, sad went their for my sons birthday OMG poor kid....

Hotel next door uses this restaurant for breakfast and it certainly appears some of the IHOP staff are not happy with this arrangement. They were discourtious and insulting. Best Western may want too look into this arrangement and find an alternative. Tried this place again, now tables are so close together people do not fit. Time for this place to place Customers ahead of volume.

In disarray. The day visited it seemed chaos ruled. No hostess to greet us, tables uncleaned from previous guests. Service was spotty depending upon your server. My order was not correct. This Ihop seems to serve a nearby hotel and that was the way we were greeted at the door... "...Are you on a hotel ticket or other?" What the heck? Bad experience this day. Usually Ihop is okay.

Food was good and satisfying. Service was good. What can I say? It was as good as any other IHOP and was convenient for the complimentary breakfasts they served us as a guest of the neighboring hotel. You do have to pick from a smaller and simpler menu for the complimentary breakfast that comes with the hotel stay.

Ryan, Madison, Kara , and Jarryd have made our experience awesome! They were so patient with my grandmothers demands and my shy little sisters voice while taking our orders. They always have a smile on their face and do a great job at consolidating their steps! You wont be disappointed. Great team here!

New location and lots of help. Everything was done to make you feel welcome. I had all the coffee I wanted and multiple staff asked me if I needed anything more. I should of left long after I finished and I was not asked to give up my spot or move over everything was wonderful.
