Im a manager at a hotel near this location. Im single with no kids so eating out is something I do professionally. Adam thank you so much for the bar you set for customer service that theyve managed to completely lower today. FYI Steven if I call and ask for the MOD and I tell you Im upset that one of your associates hung on me while placing my to go order you as a manager shouldnt put that same employee on the phone to do it again. And not so much as an apology after I explained to you he did hang up on me. If you have to dine at this location ask for Adam hes awesome. Unlike some, Steven, he actually is concerned about customer service. The food isnt bad but if you didnt know there are better choices. If you arent from the area and visiting try Farmers Market or Fancys Southern Cafe (Weekend Brunch).

I love this place to begin with! Today we had a large group of about 12 ladies and our waitress, Deanna, was amazing in general, but then when our food came my 3 month old also decided to eat. I brought a bottle and started to feed her as my food sat, but then Deanna came over and offered to hold the baby and feed her so I could eat (assuring me that her one other table was taken care of too). She mingled with the ladies at our table and enjoyed some baby snuggles while I got to eat a hot breakfast with two hands. :) Talk about above and beyond!

Just had an amazing brunch at First Watch after church. I went simple and got the steel cut oatmeal with pecans, bananas, strawberries, brown sugar, and milk. My husband and another friend got turkey sausage gravy with biscuits and eggs and said it was excellent, and my best friend had the French toast, which was awesome as usual. I love First Watch because of the friendly staff ( our waitress was Jennifer), always providing excellent customer service, the diversity of the menu, the comfortable atmosphere, and all of the wonderful food.

The lunch is Great. I recommend the Turkey Burger. They are a little pricey, but not too bad for how fresh everything is. The menu is a little small, but almost everything on it is great. The customer service has always been great.

Excellent food and some very healthy options. This chain would do very well in the Chicago area. Glad we found this place. Very busy. 20 minutes wait. Can call ahead. Highly recommended. Will come again.
