Mainly for the breakfast/worklunch crowd with the hours being the way the are. With the exception of the weekly specials, the menu does not change that much but the food is good enough to not mind having repeats. There are many healthy choices and all the food is made fresh as well as presentable. Free coffee as well. Very clean on the inside. Doesnt feel like you are seated too close to you neighbors and the tables are large enough. The service is great. I dont think I ever have seen my glass empty even with the restaurant at full capacity. This is a well done First Watch so if you have been to one then you know what to expect here.

I am a member of a business group and have been meeting and eating at this location 2-4 times a week for the past 2 years. The service has always been top notch. Smiles must be a prerequisite prior to being hired. :) The food quality has consistently been superb. When eating healthy, I go with the oatmeal or power wrap. My favorite, though, is the Floridian French toast. The dining experience is very worthwhile and inexpensive.

This is one of the best spots in town for breakfast. The restaurant was crowded but you dont have to wait too long to get a table. Our service was very fast, and the waitress was very pleasant. Theres a huge selection of breakfast items to choose from. The eggs were cooked just the way I ordered them. I would recommend First Watch for breakfast.

I came in Saturday morning with my friend and we order breakfast & brunch.I really enjoyed their banana pancakes the were absolutely delicious! And the service was very prompt and friendly I must say this is one of the best spots for Breakfast in the downtown area.

Had a seasonal meal here just last week. The place is really clean, with really fresh food, you can certainly taste it. I feel I was overcharged on a glass of milk ($3.29) but thats my only gripe. Would recommend if youre looking for clean eats and phenomenal service.

Absolutely amazing. I love all of the healthy options and the fun specials they have. My first time there the waitress brought my son and I out a complimentary crepe with fruit, and the servers always seem to be good with children. Also a great value.
