Went to breakfast this morning with my 2 grandaughters, two of us were not happy campers. The first thing is the wait for food was way to long, we waited almost 40 minutes to get our food which is not acceptable. When the food finialy got there I was shocked. Number one it was cold and the French Toast was not made from scratch I have had better from the frozen food department of the grocery store. Our waitress was very nice when she saw our plates still full we told her that the French Toast was not eatable. She did take it off our bill which was very nice. You need to something about getting food to customers warm and faster. I must say I probably wont eat breakfast there again, and if asked how I liked your restaurant I will have to tell them truthfully it was not a good experience.

We have been to the other Yours Truly locations and have always had a good experience. Not so much at this location. We ordered Notso fries as an appetizer and not only was there a shortage of melted cheese, but we also found a chicken tender at the bottom of the pile. We let the manager know and the order was comped which was definitely appreciated. What was more concerning was finding a crumpled piece of plastic in my drink alongside the ice. The drink was replaced before I had taken a drink but I dont see how this is considered acceptable. We will still dine at Yours Truly in the future, but not at this location.

Dear Mgr.s, you might want to tell servers that if they want to complain about a customer, to do so where the customer cannot see them. I watched the server complain about me to no less than 2 other servers. I will NEVER come back and NEVER recommend YT because of it. All because I told the server that my husbands order was not correct, she stated she only heard "side of fries" which was not what he requested, and I stated such. I was more appalled at the servers visible "bit@hing" about me. TOTALLY ruined my dinner experience. I will NEVER come back and NEVER recommend YT because of it.

I love their food, but their toast is always really burnt. If I owned a restaurant, I would not let burnt/black toast even end up on a plate or be served. Not everyone likes burnt bread! Even when I order it "lite," it still comes back burnt. Waitresses could be a little nicer too. I feel one of the waitresses deliberately serves me burnt toast!! Food is great, with the exception of the burnt toast constantly.

Terrible dinner.... We waited well over an hour for our food. Tables that were sat after us were all served and finished eating before we even got our food. Once we finally received our food, it was cold. There was no apology or manager to speak to. This type of situation would have never happened at other restaurants. We ended up paying $40 dollars for cold food that took an hour to be served.

Food was very good, milk-shakes are great, customer service was good, and the price was good! Only negative is that it was fairly slow the few times Ive been here (to be fair this was back 6+ months ago and they were busy). Not sure I would eat here if I only had 1 hour or less start to finish, but otherwise would highly recommend this place!

Had an issue with their happy hour menu. We were there in time for them to honor it, but the waiter said he entered our order at 1 minute too late and that and that there was nothing he could do. I contacted the company through their website and they never responded. The food is over priced and customer service is awful.

Very slow service. Waited 25 min to be seated, then another 45 min for the food to show up, and it was cold. When the food arrived the servers had no idea who ordered what. Food was OK, service is terrible. I have been here about 10 times since moving to the area but dont plan to be back

Wonderful fish fry Friday! The food was very good and the service excellent. Our first visit and we were made to feel so welcome and although the dining room was full, we were checked on very often for refills etc. I felt appreciated as a customer. Definitely returning soon!!

Worst breakfast Ive ever had. Waitress served the food and did come back to ask how it was. Didnt get the opportunity to send back. Hash browns were soaked with oil and rock hard. Shouldnt have left the kitchen. Btw this is the 3rd YT Ive been to the others were good.

Little pricey for the size, but really good. I got an omelette and pancakes. Omelette was a little small, but great tasting, not greasy, and not too much cheese. The apple smoked ham inside it seemed to be of good quality. Great atmosphere.

This is a very nice, quaint restaurant. It is not upscale by any means, but great when you want a home-cooked meal. My favorite is the chicken noodle soup. They also have great specials. One tip, though--avoid the unbreaded fish!

Very comfortable atmosphere and good food. Staff is very friendly but the kitchen can be slow at times. Friday fish fry is right up there with the best. Not all you can eat though.
