This location is absolutely incompetent when it comes to getting your food order correct. Every time I have ordered here, the meals have been incorrect and I m not given the entire order which I have asked for. Bob evans especially has a hard time understanding the items on their menu, like the specialty fruit topping pancakes. You will not get the powdered sugar, nor the whipped cream, nor the strussel, and sometimes you wont even get the correct fruit topping or any topping at all. Even after having them read the order back to me over the phone, when I arrive it is STILL incorrect. The Managers will also lie and say that they will resolve the issue, but it is just a way to make the person leave without making a scene. They will not follow through. Bob Evans has a franchise has really gone downhill and I am tired of going to this store in particular, because I never walk away with a good feeling.

Thursday night at 7. We arrive not busy and not a lot of cars in the parking lot. Had my 2 and 5 year old and husband. As we entered we stood for about 10 minutes before even being seated. No greeting from staff and several even saw us there standing. Didnt complain or say anything. Once seated another 10 minutes went by and no one came by the table to get drink orders or anything. After completely being ignored for 20 minutes while restaurant was not even busy we left. As I took kids to the car husband did inform the manager of how dissapointing the service was. Absolutely poor service. Will be the last time I go there. Bob Evans has lost my service.

My husband and I took our 1 year old daughter there earlier today. We were seated fairly quickly as they were not busy. As soon as the host sat us, he immediately walked away, never offered a high chair. So my husband just held our daughter while we waited on a server so we could ask them for one. We waited 15 minutes and watched two other tables get seated and served before we were even acknowledged. We were never even glanced at and never got a high chair. We just left. Always had horrible service there but we hadnt been there in over 2 years, thought maybe they would be better by now. We were so very wrong. Avoid this place at all costs.

This location is the best around, hands down. Consistency is key here: the food is consistently delicious - well cooked, seasoned, and it even looks like the photos on the menu. The servers are kind and in my experience, remember all of their customers (even if its been a few months since you stopped in!). They are also very attentive - your coffee wont get cold and your soda/water/whatever else will never go empty without the offer of a refill. From the kitchen staff to the servers and managers, there is an atmosphere of positive energy and general happiness. I recommend this location over any neighboring Bobs within a 10-20 mile radius.

I have to say our waitress was working as hard as she could and juggling tables. All the younger staff stood around and watched her struggle instead of doing their jobs and helping her. Very poor service, when she came to our table very upset and management wanted to down grade her service brought to their attention how others should of helped her instead of standing around and doing nothing. Only after the fact of her being upset and leaving did they want to jump in and help. Management needs to do their job and make their young staff work instead of standing around. Will not return to this restaurant again.

I haven’t been to any Bob Evens restaurant lately that I didn’t feel the service was slow and that they didn’t always bring everything you asked for without having to ask again. Bob Evans used to have great service but I have seen that in few years service has declined. The food is typically tasty once you get it. If you don’t mind service being slow and reminding people you wanted something, then at least the food is OK.

Bob Evans is always a great place to get a decent meal.. Here is no exception.. The breakfast was great, service was what Id expect... The only thing that I had a problem with.. The table I was sat at... Was kind of dirty.. It had sticky syrup rings on the table.. A few crumbs on the paper place mat.. It was gross... :( Im assuming this happened because of how busy the place was.. It wont keep me from coming back.

I like bob evan food , but i think if they take you to your table, they should at least clean the table properly. They wipe it down and leave it wet ..so then we end up using our napkins to dry it off ..and the table still isnt clean . Note : To bob evans associates , please clean tables properly its our first impression of you and how our service is going to be . And how much your tip will be .thanks.

Im giving 2 stars because i ordered the roast bowl to go and when i got home and looked at my meal there was only afew mistrings of roast beef and the mash potatoes were watery. I called and talked to the manager and the only thing he said was everything is premeasured. If that is true i should have received abetter piece. He offer to redo my order but i had to go to work. Very dissatisfied customer.

The food here is marvelous, and the staff are very nice. Theres a lot of variety, from soup to pumpkin pie. The tables and overall restaurant are usually clean, but the bathrooms are sometimes sticky and dirty. Overall, I enjoy the food, service, and the inside of the restaurant.

We are regulars we eat here 3-4 times a week since the buyout the food quality has suffered the service here is very good. The food is not as good as it used to be.
