The Pearson House is a local gem of a restaurant which was restored last year to the décor of its original incarnation as an Edwardian era hotel. Many families in the area have a favorite family recipe that is available no place other than in their own kitchens or from the Pearson House menu (since my grandmother died last year and my parents moved to Arizona, the Pearson House is where I go to get hamloaf when Im in need of comfort and too tired to make my own. They reproduce it impeccably every time.) While the food is excellent and the new décor is lovely, many come from near and far for the famous Pearson House Pie Menu. The Pearson House is quite literally renowned for their pie (having been featured in national magazine reviews) which is made from scratch every day and changes with the season. They provide a large variety with both local, regional offerings like "sugar cream" and "gooseberry", as well as crowd-pleasing favorites such as apple, cherry, chocolate silk and lemon-meringue. The Pearson House also carries a solid selection of sugar free pies, all of which taste just as good as their regular incarnations. I highly recommend a visit to the Pearson House if you find yourself in the area!

A warm cozy environment. Newly renovated to reflect days gone by. The waitresses are always friendly and the food is always hot & tasty. They have the largest selection of homemade pies I have ever seen at one restaurant. You can purchase a whole pie to take home for special occasions or holidays. When out of town family comes for a visit, it is always a request. It is certainly worth a visit.

We have been going here for years and the food is very good. Small hometown restaurant where yes the owner Bob can be a little sarcastic but he does care very much about his customers and the community that they serve. Recently renovated to reflect old hotel that used to occupy the site where the restaurant is today and it looks terrific. Worth the stop of you are nearby.

Worth the drive from everywhere. On the menu, the Resteraunt owner pointed out that, because of difficult economic times, they are lowering their prices. Please do not tell them it would be worth more. It is quaint, the food is good, the Service is good. The mashed potatoes are real, not cardboard. You wont regret the drive.

A small, quaint hometown restaurant with good food. We loved the way the owner joked with us while we were there! They have ribs occasionally that are the best!! Also love their ham loaf -- and pie. I took out of state guests and they loved it.

Very good place to dine. Love their bacon lettuce tomato sandwich! Like the visit to West Milton, Oh. Very quaint little town with a number of quaint shops to visit. You have to check out Jennys Country Creations while you visit.

Brandon was by far one of the most helpful employee I have ever stumbled across. He washes the dishes so fast which makes the food come out really fast. I would 100% recommend going here and be sure to say hi to Brandon in the back.

Homey, old-fashioned, small-town restaurant. Nice selection of mostly freshly made in house food (I think my fish fillet was frozen). Pleasant, responsive service. Excellent, home made pies. Very satisfying!

Awesome small town atmosphere! Good home-cooked style meals. Great price and nice staff. Park in the back of the restaurant. Type of place you would take your grandparents for a tummy pleasing meal.

Walked in- and was approached by the owner. Sign on door said closing was 42 minutes. The old man said " were closed" we wanted a slice of pie to cap off a beautiful night. We will NEVER go back.

Food is average but a little on the pricey side. Pie is OK but Ive had better. The owner BOB needs a personality overhaul. He likes to talk down to his customers and that makes em feel not wanted.

I dont find much of the food here to be impressive but the service was nice. Go for the desserts more than anything. I think its more of a nostalgia thing for the locals around West Milton.

I felt a very welcome atmosphere. It felt like a real homey inside. The service was friendly, and they were quick with bringing food and drinks to you. The food was delicious and homemade.

The food was wonderful but the owner would not take a coupon from the Save Around app even though they obviously signed up for it. The owner was very rude about it. Never going back.
