Received very poor service here today. Waited about 15 min to be greeted and put in drink orders. Once we got our drinks we immediately ordered food. It took them over an hour to bring out our food, meanwhile no one approached us to give us drink refills. 45 min into an hour long wait, server comes to the table to tell us half our food is no longer available as its run out. Food finally gets to the table and the food is cold because it was left in the food window too long, and no one bothered to bring it out. I wish I could have flagged down the manager, and talked to them, because they obviously werent doing their job. Our server had a ton of tables inside and 3 tables outside, all of which were neglected. The other two servers ignored her 3 tables, probably because no one ever trained them to help each other out with refills ect. And why couldnt anyone be bothered to come tell the table when you are out of the food we ordered? Our server wasnt the only person working there, and if someone should have 1. refilled our drinks 2. told us as soon as they knew they were out of our food and immediately fixed the order 3. Brought the food out when it was hot rather then shrugging it off and saying it was just that servers problem. Well now this Google review is the managements problem.

Food is great, no complaints there, but on our visit yesterday there was a band. The music was ok but it was way too loud! It was way too early for it! Our group of 9 sat outside, like we had before so that we could talk. We met at 5:30 so it would not be crowded and we could linger after dinner and catch up. Then at about 6pm this couple started playing their music. Again the music was ok but acoustic may have been a better choice, at least until 8 or 9pm. What a shame because as soon as we finished eating everyone wanted to leave. We will not go there next time.

Went for lunch during the middle of the week with a large group of coworkers so I expected service to be spotty, but our waitress was downright rude to us for no apparent reason. That being said though, when I tasted my pulled pork sandwich, she could have punched me in the face and I wouldnt have cared a bit - it was phenomenal! This place has the best pulled pork in the state of GA, hands down. They also have a pretty decent selection of homemade BBQ sauces which are all delicious. Id definitely go back, despite service not being so great.

As a past BBQ Competition member cooking in the Kansas City BBQ Society, this is some great bbq. Ribs and pulled pork are very good, spicy sauce is awesome. Service, thats another issue. Visited this place yesterday (Sunday) and one server handled the entire outside area, it was full and the wait for ordering was long, dirty tables everywhere. It appeared that the place was under staffed for sure.

We eat here regularly and it is always great, the food and the people...Recently got 20 lbs of pulled pork as part of my parents 50th anniversary party. So many compliments on the bbq (i wanted to take the credit but I didnt, haha)... Bub-Ba-Q even arranged for me to be able to pick up earlier than when they even opened to help me out logistically. Much appreciated, good people...

Ate here last night, fabulous dinner. We had 8 in our party and the service was great. Fantastic band was playing and when they saw my son in laws WV tshirt they played Take Me Home Country Roads. It was great and even though we have lived in Jasper for 28 years it was fun singing along to that wonderful song! Brought back lots of happy memories! Thank you

If youre looking for good bar-b-que in Jasper, this is definitely the place to try. Good prices, great food, good portions, and very friendly staff. They have indoor and outdoor seat, plenty of TVs for the games, a great beer selection and, if you want more than just they one meal, they have great take out options for your meal (or a second one!)

If you like barbecue Bubbas is the best. Ive heard people say the same about places that shouldnt even call themselves a barbecue restaurant but this is hands down the best in north GA. Either location in Jasper or Woodstock has the tastiest meats and sides along with great down home service with reasonable prices.

One of my two most favorite bbq joints anywhere. The food is awesome, service is great, environment is laid back. This one of the two has the best package overall. Things to try: burnt ends, Bubba penyos(approx sound), wings (they are smoked first), brisket, ribs, sandwiches... everything is good.

I think these are the best ribs Ive had. The "hog-a-chong-a" is excellent. :-) The appetizers are excellent, corn fritters and fried pickles. The food arrived very quickly and the staff was very nice. The cook stopped to ask us how it all was. Well be back here in our future visits.

Food was good. Service was friendly, we had a very nice waitress, however, it was slow when we went and food took a while to arrive and the beer I order was never brought to me but was still charged for it. After I mentioned to the manager he refunded my credit card.

Used to be a great place if even on the pricey side. Since they have added on, started serving beer, installed tvs on their patio and added "live entertainment" they have really raised their prices and service is slow. Sad to see such a local fave going this route.

I just dont understand. BBQ, Mac-N-Chz & french fries...... BBQ & Mac should be ready to scoop, then fries take like 4 minutes. Place is half full. Why does it take 30+ minutes to get food? How can we justify getting lunch here again?

Great place for casual dining with friends and family. The menu gives you options for burgers, Bar-b-que, and salads. The food is very good and the service is attentive. Some nights have live music.

For a little North GA town this BBQ was awesome. Their Mustard and vinegar bbq sauces are amazing. The sides are what youd expect, but add a dash of one of their sauces and they are transformed!

Food is awesome... But no napkins on the tables. You need alot of napkins eating bbq. Also there are no towlettes. What bbq place serves bbq with no towlettes to wipe your hands. Disappointing!

Bub-Ba-Q has the best BBQ around the metro Atlanta area including the rest of N GA from Atlanta up. Bubba has been on BBQ TV competitions for several years and has the trophies to prove it.

The service was awful. The fries were cold. I didnt get my food til every one else at my table was done eating. It took about an hour. It was an awful experience and I am not happy.
