Terrible service terrible food. Passing thru took 12 minutes to get food not busy. Girl sitting in lobby on break told them they needed to hurry up an get the food out. Live in Georgia now cant get there very disappointed was.so looking forward to enjoying some. Tea not even good tasted old sweet an unsweetened. Another lady came in after us ordered an was to get sweet tea received un went back to the counter told him an he asked her if she was sure. REALLY

Wow!!! honestly you dont get this at restaurants anymore. The crew was on top of services, very friendly made me feel at home. They where clean and very polite. I didnt wait on my drink or food longer then 3 minutes. I also ate in and I seen the exact hospitality I received, shared with other customers. Very nice, very clean. I could only give this store a 5 star, But they deserve A 10. Nice job store 50 in richwood thank you for your kindness

The food is good and fresh but the service is slow. Its about 2 in the morning and this place is busy. I get off work about this time and its busy when I try to swing by for dinner. Theres only 3 people here working and theyre staying on top of things as best as they can. There really needs to be an extra person here at night.

This place was not easy to get to for TRUCKERS and after walking from truck stop across the street and purchasing a crave case . well I ate about 7 and my friend had 7 . well all night in bathroom and 30 dollars later . ALL I CAN SAY IS FOOD POISONING.. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE INSPECTED AN CLOSED...

Burned the clam strips and left the fudge dipped cheesecake off the order. We were driving through ordered on the app, they said if we stop in some time theyll give us new clam strips and a cheese cake. Be sure to check your order before you leave, not just for quantity but quality as well.

I stop at this White Castle (drive-thru) on my way home from work between 9pm and midnight a couple times per week. The employees are always very friendly and fast. When youre really Hungry, Theres Nothing like a couple of cheese sliders and onion chips that hit the spot! Yum Yum

Sooo slow. it took nearly 20 minutes from the time we placed the drive thru order until the time we got our food... That is understandable if there are people in line in front of you, but this case, I was the only person in the drive thru. Food was just ok.
