I used to be employed at this Sonic. Ive worked at many fast food places but this is by far the worst. The methods they use to cook, clean, and prepare are not what i would consider sanitary. (ex. they spray the floors and grill off with a water hose, leaving splashed water on other cooking surfaces.) This is also the least professional working conditions ive experienced. Its almost like the prime example of the stereotype of what goes on in a fast food place. Half the employees are high while they are on the clock and it has actually been encouraged by the manager at least one time i know. There are too many things to list about the poor management and what ive lost through working here but its simply rediculous. They recently had a health inspection and did poorly on it. This place is a disgusting joke and deserves to be shut down.

When you look over and see the business modo on the wall "food so good, worth the wait." you gotta be weary. Had a raunchy breakfast burrito once that stayed with me for 24 hours. Ordered one of these new custard concretes today, COST $5+ FOR A SMALL!!! There is nothing custard nor concrete whatsoever about it. It is creamy soft serve ice cream with a few candy crumbs in a cup. Thats all. Complete and utter lie and ripoff. Food at Sonic is pretty much all bad and too pricey for what it is. My last visit to a sonic unless I just want a slushy, they are fine. How do you screw up corn syrup and crushed ice though honestly?

I am a regular here and overall have had good experiences. However my last several visits have been for the 1/2 milkshakes which is a great deal but 3 of the last 4 visits have resulted in waiting 10+ minutes and being served a melted shake or cold food. Tonight i was the 4th vehicle in line. The 1st vehicle was waiting on food, during which i am watching the next 3 orders (all of which were shakes/slushes) pile up on the counter only to get warm and melt while waiting. They used to ask people waiting to pull forward in such instances. Not sure what changed. I like sonic but not ordering a shake and getting warm vanilla milk

I buy lunch here roughly once a month when Im in a hurry. Based on four consistent experiences in recent months, I believe customers should be aware that they will need to initiate ordering any sauces and condiments if they want them and then check their meals to ensure they are there. This extends to napkins as well. Drive thru order typically 5 minutes, not much more or less, to fulfill after ordering. This seems much longer than other fast food businesses. I would choose other fast food options if they were closer.

This place is the WORSE Sonic that Ive ever been to and I really love Sonic. They mess up our food almost every time Ive been there. Ill get annoyed and not go back for a while and Ill think that they cant possibly mess up again and then they do. Every. Single. Time. The last time I went they gave us chicken tenders that were crunchy. They were so old that they were literally inedible. Granted I ordered late in the evening, but they shouldve never been served to anyone. I wouldnt recommend this place to my enemy.

Right now there deluxe chicken sandwich is awesome. Might be the best chicken sandwich out there... Premium chicken nice thick white meat. However under compensated employees will never deliver fantastic results. Im sure there salaries are par for there performance. And really I cant blame them. I think it should always be on the owner when there employees cant follow basic instruction. Great chicken, alright burgers, under appreciated workers who pass that unappreciation on to customers.

Worst Sonic I have ever been started as soon as we hit the button, the person taking orders immediately began with an attitude, vocally sighed over the speaker, couldnt get an easy order right, after about 6 or 7 tries we got as close to what we wanted to order as we were going to get. He continually hurried us along. Worst customer service ever, will not be getting our business ever! For now on we will go to Union Sonic where at least we know we are treated with respect.

I wanted a slushy havent had one in over a year so i decide the order the ocean water when I got it I realized it was just a drink and not a "slushy" the black guy that was here on 6/1 around 745pm was awesome I assumed asking for a differnt drink id have to pay or get some sort of bad look or attitude but he just took my drink smiled and got me another one that was a "slushy" when it was my fault.... Customer service like this is why i will return here. good job.

My kids are picky eaters so my order is always extra work and is always a large order. Ive never had to return anything or settle for something that was incorrect after the drive thru. In my experience with other restaurants that says a lot. The staff is always friendly and the food is delicious, day or night. This is one of my favorite fast food restaurants and definitely worth the few extra dollars.

I liked nothing about this location. Everytime i visit here the employees are outside. I just visited there. I pushed the button twice. 3 employees were outside smoking and one was running the store. No one ever answered me. I work across the street and all i wanted was a coke. They walked back inside and instead of answering the order they picked up their cell phones and were texting.

Horrible tonight around 7:45! Sat in drive thru 15 minutes...saw them mess up order in front of me also.....worst thing, you could hear employees in the background on speaker laughing and playing around!...pitiful...hope corporate picks up this review!.....these people could care less about good customer service....wish I could post zero stars!

This Sonic is probably the best fast food restaurant Ive been to! The staff are very friendly and easy to talk to. Food is delivered very fast and is nearly always freshly cooked. I have been so happy eating here that I have been going several times a week for lunch! Highly recommended

The food is good. In never disappointed by what I get. The service however, could be better. The last three times Ive been there my order was messed up. Most recently, I repeated the order 4 times, and it still came out wrong. Also, none of the card readers seem to work on the signs.

Disgusting restroom....probably hasnt been cleaned in months. Took forever to get my food then it was wrong, even though the cashier confirmed it twice. Not worth waiting for them to try to get it right. The cherry limeade was the most disgusting Ive ever had....i gave up and left

The food was OK. Seemed to have given my son a belly ache which led to his vomiting in the evening. The Sonic drive-up bays were closed at 7:40pm. Only the Drive Thru was open. This didnt make any sense. Had I driven up at 9:40pm, maybe I understand, not 7:40pm. Overall, meh.

Staff came out and were laughing and acting childish the whole time then came back out and asked for stuff back. I ordered a cheeseburger with only onions and got a burger with everything but onions on it. Shouldve went somewhere else. Bad first time here and maybe my last
