On Monday we tried to visit this Subway to try their breakfast. Fifteen minutes after they were supposed to be open the doors were still locked and no explanation given. On Tuesday we stopped by again. This time they were open. The man running did not greet us or smile once the entire time. He acted like we were interrupting his work to make a sandwich. Then he spoke so quietly and with an accent that was hard to understand and I had to ask him to repeat himself (which he did with a tone in his voice). Then I had never tried their breakfast so I he had to ask what bread, size I wanted, all with an exasperated tone. He started to prepare the sandwich and I stopped him and told him never-mind because I did not want an all egg white.(Background on me: I just cannot eat the egg whites, it literally makes my stomach upset.) He then went on to say that I needed to tell him beforehand, that I am wrong to wait until he puts it on the sandwich to tell him. I explained that I had never eaten their breakfast before and that I didnt realize it. He responds by telling me that I shouldnt do that. Ofcourse, by this time, Im upset. I tell him again I had no idea that there was even a choice of an all white or regular egg and that he didnt even give me the option to choose and just assumed that was what I wanted. I told him that he was being rude. He ignored me and finished our order. Now, I have no ideal of this mans history or if he was having a bad day, but for a customer to be treated in this manner is a great way to have your business go under. Though this location would have been perfect for daily breakfasts and lunches, I wont be returning. I will drive an extra 5 miles to the next one. (And now I know there is an option, so this wont be repeated.) All he had to do was understand that we were not familiar with the menu/options and ask-doesnt seem that hard of a thing to ask of a restaurant.

Wouldnt take a coupon from my phone that was texted to me from subway. I asked to speak to a manager. The guy told me the manager was Neal. And he worked in the day time. I called the next day Monday. Ive been calling for two days. Left three messages. No return phone call. Sent an email- no response. Very pissed. Wont be going back. Very unprofessional

Under new management and ownership. Fun friendly staff always ready to go out of their way to make the customer happy. This Subway is staffed with intelligible faces from the community, local and hospitable. And if you ask me its time to eat fresh and forget any bad experience from the old management I cant wait to come back and eat here very often
