I love the outdoor seating area at this location, have loved it through the past 3 restaurants that have been there, which is why i keep trying to like the food at the new incarnation, "Firehouse Grill". When the place opened it was good but it seems to have gone downhill quickly. The servers are nice enough but overtaxed with the large space and unable to keep up with the load of tables they are given. Lunch arrived today and we had to ask for a box and the check before taking the first bite because a SALAD (not even anything unusual) took that long. The food quality/prep has also become lazy. Ordered a steak salad for $15 and received brown lettuce and something that looked like a hamburger patty flopped on it. My friends blackened chicken was just a piece of grilled chicken with some red stuff sprinkled on top. I try to support individually owned businesses over chains whenever possible, but with this place, I would rather go to Ruby Tuesdays right down the street. The food is more consistent and less costly. If only they had a patio...

Held an event with them in January for a party of 40 on a Sunday night. The evening started off on the wrong foot with a sour smelling room. The management quickly moved us to another party room which was awesome, but it wasnt as cozy or as nicely prepared as the other room (the issue in the room should have been seen by management, it was a leak in the roof that had grown mold and smelled horrible). When we got to the next room we were happily say and enjoyed the night. however there was only one server for 40 of us ordering off a limited menu. It took a long time to get drink refills, and alcohol, which limited the restaurant ability to make money off us (we have people in the party that would have drank 3X as many as they did if given the opportunity). The food came out in a reasonable time, and it was hot and consistent. I would come back again with a group of 4, but i do not think I would book this place again for a large event.

Loud, poor service and not good food! I met 3 friends here for dinner on a Thursday evening. We had heard good things about Firehouse Grill so we were excited to try it. It was so loud we could not hear each other talk, so it was almost pointless to meet. They were out of several things. The waitress would say- "we are out of that, I know, it really sucks!" What happened to recommending something else? When we got our food it was cold, the steak was fatty and the quesadillas were nothing but chicken in a tortilla. To top it off they didnt serve Yuengling, but they have Yuengling branding all over the bar! Makes no sense??!!

I go to Firehouse once or twice a week. The food is good, but the staff makes the experience worth going multiple times a week. Friendly staff that goes out of their way. I see a few reviews where people are complaining about the food quality. I believe they just got a new chef recently and you can tell the difference in the quality of food they bring out now. I used to not care for the food that much, but kept going to support a local business, and my patience has paid off. If the parking lot is full, dont be afraid to go in and get a seat. The place is big enough where there is never a wait for a table.

This place is fantastic! If you come here to eat, try their buffalo chicken appetizers! You can literally make a meal out of those alone. Ive been here a couple of times and I am noticing that theyre adding new items to the menu. Which is good because their menu is lacking in the quantity department. First time I went, other then looking at burgers or wraps, the main items werent that appealing. But now, thats beginning to change. The service is good, the money is right on the nose in my opinion. Not breaking the bank eating here. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

This was my first time at Firehouse Grill. I cant tell if the food is any good because our waitress Danielle was so rude and upset me to the point I couldnt eat it. I talked to the manager, he tried to smooth it over but, she has been there too long and he was afraid of her so,he just made excuses for her. Hope the owners can fix this problem before it cost him too many customers. The only review I can give you is dont have Danielle as your waitress if you want to try the food.

Cold fries was the major downside. I paid $2 more for fries instead of chips and then they gave me fries that have been sitting out. Thats just cheap and poor business. I wouldve went back to this place many times while Im in town on business, but that really just made me go elsewhere . Inside of the restaurant was very nice and well taken care of. Well drinks were $4 and $3 during happy hour, so pretty decent prices. My chicken sandwich was pretty good.

Food=okay So first of all, we ordered tortellini and 20 minutes later they tell us that they are out! (Who runs out of tortellini??!) we sat outside and this guy is just smoking and it was a horrible smelling and health environment for my family and all the other familys. OUTSIDE IS NOT SMOKE FREE. I think they should 100% change that because it was horrible. Well firehouse grill, change up some things and Ill think abou MAYBE coming back.

I got the Steakhouse burger, which is a mushroom swiss burger with caramelized onions. I added lettuce, tomato, mayo. Then I had beer batter fries for a side. They gave me one slice of tomato and one piece of lettuce wasnt to happy about that. It took 10 mins for someone to come get us drinks. Overall I enjoyed the burger alot..... However my dad who had the same burger said it was okay. The beer battered fries were okay.

Never order here again. Ordered a buff chix wrap for lunch and after driving 20 minutes to pick it up got back to office and it was wrong. It was just chicken and cheese in tortilla with no buffalo sauce, not sure how you forget the "key ingredient." When I called them to let them know, they told me I could come back and pick up a side of sauce. No offer to "remake" my order the correct way. Wont be back.

Just ate there a week ago with my mom and that was some of the worse food we have ever had at a restaurant. My mom had the Parmesan chicken which was incredibly overcooked and dry. I had the tacos with pork and the tortillas shells were all soggy and falling apart. Neither meal had any taste. Its certainly not cheap either. Both meals were over $14. Will definitely not be back.

Pretty good food. A lot of talk about the pizzas but I thought they were just okay. The burgers are massive and have a lot of flavor. For an appetizer, I suggest the buffalo chicken rolls. The real draw to this place is the beer. They a big selection, a majority of which seem to be local brews. They even have a place to buy a 6-pack or growler to take home with you.
