The food was awful, the same boring beer and mug atmosphere, but with a twist. The staff are actors who pretend to be hip and cool, and its actually pretty lame. When one of the staff members closed the doors when we were the last to leave after a long night of ordering drinks for people for a party, he said "NEXXA TIME YOUS COME SOMEWHERE, LEARN HOW TA TIP!!!" and he slammed the doors. I was so confused because he didnt realize I PAYED for everyone lol. So I called the next day because that is so rude and unnecessary, a typical woman answers and says "I will have someone call you back and discuss this matter, that is concerning." THE BIGGEST FRAUD LINE in the book to get out of talking to you, I, the customer. This is NOT how business is done, and for that, this place will be unsuccessful when they realize the people who come in ordering drinks all night, actually are the people who wont have the money to keep the business running alone. It takes OUTSIDERS, new people to make something brilliant. But this place has had it, its done. This place is a slump, ghetto, villa. If you want to hear about boring people and MAYBE see a fight, come here :)

Went to the one in little five points. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The waitress "Jersey" she said her name was, was terrible.. No charisma about herself and didnt even introduce her name, I had to ask. She barely checked on us throughout the night and served us the worst fishbowl weve ever had. If you get this waiter... RUN to another section! We complained about the 26$ fishbowl that tasted like juice and sugar water.. And the manager on duty was the worst! Black lady named Alicia Williams had an atrocious attitude and her hair was even more tacky than her tone. She was an unfit manager and took several shots with customers which makes all of her actions make sense. When addressed, she began to roll her neck and eyes like who does that?! Never coming here again!!!!

We were there around new years and Ill start off by saying the food was delicious! However, we sat at the bar and were constantly ignored by the bartender. Had to ask for water at least three times before he brought it over. It took FOREVER to get a second alcoholic beverage meanwhile hes at the other end of the bar chatting up either three regulars or his friends whose mimosas stayed full. Our whole group had worked or still does in the service industry and one of my friends even considered asking the bartender why he was ignoring us!! The food was good but the experience was bad enough that it prompted me to leave this long review which is uncharacteristic of me. SERVICE IS IMPORTANT.

French toast was delicious but the grits were not so good. I also ordered a mojito without looking at the menu which happened to be made with basil. I was expecting mint so I tried to send it back but the waitress refused to accommodate me. When I requested to speak with the manager she lied and said that the manager said it couldnt be switched. When I asked to speak with the manager personally she came up and had no problem switching the drink. The manager was stylish & very sweet and Im not sure why this waitress went above and beyond for poor customer service but I hope she learns from this.

I had a terrible experience at corner tavern. If I could give -1000 stars, I WOULD. First and foremost, the waitstaff here are HORRID. I saw the waitress and manger attack and pepper spray a group of young black folks. I would NEVER EVER EAT HERE AGAIN. They take forever to take your order and they are also rude. On top of all that the food was not that great. There are BETTER restaurants in Atlanta with respectable service. After I saw the ordeal with the manager I knew I would never give my money to this place again

Enjoyed our visit here. Its very much a bar type place which I prefer. Lots of wood inside and a big window in the front. Outside seating avaliable. Food was good, and well priced. Our server Sasha was attentive and nice. Beer selection is extensive and well priced. My wife had an amazing flavored Maragrita made with mint and strawberrry something. We enjoyed the brunch menu with a well cooked flatiron steak and the waffel burger. Overall Im very pleased with the visit here.

The roof top patio was awesome, and our server (Ben) was excellent! Jovial, energetic, and awesome! The food, however, was lack-luster. Definitely not the best bar food in the area. For $12 more flavor was expected out of the blackened chicken quesadillas. We had one pimento in our pimento cheese on our appetizer plate. And, the highly recommended mango salsa wasnt fresh. This would be a great place for drinks, but we will not come back for dinner.

I am editing my original post. I had a terrible experience in regards to my credit card being over charged. However, after I notified them about the hassle and posted this review the management reached out and made it right. They went above and beyond to fix my issues and apologized with sincerity. I may not go back, but they did do the right thing and fixed their mistake. A lot of places dont do that anymore. So thank you team Corner Tavern!

Parking is hard to find and traffic is horrible in the afternoons on Saturdays its best to go after 7 so you wont have to sit in traffic...the Korean BBQ wings were kind of sweet which I loved. They serve water out of liquor bottles which we thought was so cool...the rooftop is the best and the art on the walls of the stairs that lead to the rooftop.... prices are reasonable...we want to see how the rooftoop is in the evening next time

Corner tavern little five points is a staple to me for quick, incredibly high quality food. It may come as a surprise to most, but corner tavern is incredible value and quality of food, with a legitimate Atlanta experience. They arent pretending to be anything other than what they are, but somehow, corner tavern effectively makes food with love and the quality shows. Hands down, I recommend this location for great food and beers.

This restaurant is extremely unprofessional and RACIST. BLACK PEOPLE & MINORITIES: DONT EAT HERE. The food was not well seasoned. The manger was so unhelpful and she didnt even offer to try to accommodate my horrible dining expience. She was extremely unprofessional for the "title" she held. If you want good service dont eat here! The manager just sits talking to the door guy and her waitors. She doesnt care about her customers.

I ordered a long island ice tea and it was awful...too much sour mix. I kindly asked the waiter for another drink. The bartender came to my table and asked "have you ever had a long island?". I was floored. I told him I had many-a-long-island. He was so defensive and demanded that I still pay for the drink. I said ok but Im not going to drink it. So be careful if you dont like your drink because the bartender will yell at you.

Would you like a side of attitude with those fries? Well, at Corner Tavern you can get a side of egotistic eye rolls for free! Every time I have been here, the waitstaff have been incredibly rude, as if they are too cool to talk to you let alone take your order. The food IS really good here but, in my opinion, that fact is completely overshadowed by the terrible service. Good luck if you go on a weekend.
