Im normally not one to complain, or make a fuss, but I feel this needs to be known, not only for paying guest, but the company. We came in tonight and I was not asked for a drink order, so after 7 minutes of sitting we asked the bartender for waters. Then our waitress came over with the excuse I didnt see my table got sat. We placed our order, and she clearly didnt fully know her menu. Then our food came and when she brought us new waters there were black bits floating in both glasses. As we ate there were ants on our table, then beetle crawling on the ground that a lady next table to us told us about to look out. I understand being busy and having a wait when youre busy, but they werent, she was just not paying attention, and the fact the bugs were around just disgusts me. Another funny fact the road they are on is misspelled on the reciepts.

currently getting the worst service that Ive ever experienced... the food came out quick but I havent seen our waiter since then.. my drink has been empty for 15 minutes.. I was a sever also and its really not a hard job to make sure your customers are happy. Check on them.. check on the food after its served and the drinks should never be empty. that simple... come on b dubs lets train your employees a bit better cuz tonight was awful. and also as I was looking around at least 3 other servers saw me clearly needing something and none of them came to ask (probably cuz the wasnt their table but come on this is a business.

Good # of tvs for sports. Food was good, great philly and fried pickles. Service was subpar. Waitor came to table frequently enough but was not able to give good food or beer recommendations; Ive found that waitors have never known what is on draft across multiple visits, so either waitor education or a continuously updated draft beer menu is warranted. When asked what draft beer they had besides what was on the written menu, he said "just ask and Ill tell you what we have". Thats not how it works. Also when asked waitor said ky bourbon barrel ale was not a good beer. NegativeP

Waitress was rude. She was too conscerned with her cleaning duties to properly wait our table. She swept the floor while we ate, and allowed our food to sit while she cleaned. It took 35 min to get our food, and when we did, it was warm. Then we ask for a check, and she continues cleaning making us wait another 10 min to get a check. If they were busy it would be a little more forgivable... but we were her only table, and there were only 14 customers. This is my 3rd time trying this exact restaurant.... all 3 times were terrible. I will not return.

This place is great for kids. The food is good and the atmosphere is good. Here is the issue. All the kids like to play their claw game. They recently raised the price of the claw game from $.50 per play to $1.00. Really, they raised the price of claw game? Who was the genius who made that decision? The fact that I am even considering not coming back because of a claw game is nuts....That being said, Gameworks may actually be a better value now. Probably not the best business decision!!!

I read the terrible reviews but I came here anyways and everything I read turned out to be true. Their wings were warm and the waitress too forever to come back and refill drinks. I told the manager about the wings which werent hot and he did nothing. In conclusion, Id say what you read is exactly what you get at this Buffalo Wild Wings. I cringe at what will happen here if they dont start making drastic changes to how they operate around here.

I used to work at a couple of B-Dubs while in college and this is one of my favorite locations. The interior is bright and clean, unlike a number of other locations. The bartender was excellent and didnt waste time getting my drink and food order. As with all B-Dubs, it is a little expensive for what it is but they have wing nights that bring down the cost. My favorite sauce is the Spicy Garlic.

Went there on a double date with some friends. Although it was a crowded Saturday night, we got there when it wasnt quite the peak time, and enjoyed some wings, beer, and trivia. Be careful going with their Blazin - it makes everything else you eat taste hot! We always get their Spicy Garlic, though. And the celery and blue cheese or ranch dressing.

I wish it was possible to give. Negative stars. A group of 15 arrived at 5:30 we had spoken to manager mid week so they knew we are coming to celebrate a birthday. We waited almost 2 hours and still not seated. Despite them sitting every small group that came in the door. We will never frequent here again they didnt care if we ever got a table

Sure the food is good but the price keeps going up up up, I used to go here twice a week but it started costing me $28 for 2 beers 10 wings wedges with cheese and the extra cost for ranch and celery... Not only that $8 for a beer that cost $10 for a 6 pack doesnt make any sense.

Ive had mixed results with this location and actually walked out the last time I went. My fiance and I waited for 10 minutes to have our drink orders taken while 4 tables, who arrived after us, were helped. I tried to get the attention of 3 different employees and was ignored.

Great wings and cocktails.. Service always good.. Love how they show you your to go order box by box so if your missing something its your fault but gives me an opportunity to see if I am missing anything without the guilt of unpacking a to go order to check for yourself!!

After waiting 35 mins for the wings.. They come out cold!! Send them in again to get it remade. Takes less time, the manager saved the rating of a -2. The manager was nice enough to comp the meal. Thank you but the kitchen needs to speed up!!!

2 drinks, 2 meals and an appetizer is about 40$. The wings arent very good 5/10 at best. Tried going back for the first time this year and regretted it like I always do. Service was 8/10 tho. No complaints there.

The food was decent but the service was fantastic. The server was always there when needed, made some good recommendations and had great personality without being intrusive. He made the experience much better.

Seems about the same as other Buffalo Wild Wings locations. Nothing outstanding, but the foods good, they have local beer available, and Im impressed by the amount of healthier options, like the hummus plate.

Food took forever, had noticeably been sitting in window for awhile. Then told my daughter they were bringing out ice cream for her birthday. Waited 20 minutes and just decided to leave. Very poor service
