I came here with my friends last night and I was appalled by the lack of safety on the track. I first started coming to Andrettis with my dad back in 2003. My friends had never been to Andretti and I was excited to show them how much fun it was to race around the track. We had a great time upstairs watching all the races with the dj playing music. When it was finally our time to race the race attendants put us in the cars. We waited in our cars for what seemed to be 5-10 mins and the wait time in the cars has never been that long. I quickly realized why we were waiting, three people came running in with helmets joking with the staff (2 young women and 1 man) - they seemed to be friends of theirs. The staff was joking with them about racing roughly like they apparently had in the past and everything seemed to very unprofessional and honestly unsafe. I looked back at one of my friends with concern about how the race was going to be. Low and behold I was not around the track more than 4 times and I was slammed into the side rail which knocked my visor off my helmet on one side I was side swiped multiple times and on lap 8 I was then spun out by the same woman. I also noticed while driving that 3 of my friends were also spun out and slammed into the walls by the the 2 women and the man. My friend was spun out completely and no one came to assist him and he just sat there- he managed to drive himself out of the spin out. The worst part about all of this was that they were NEVER flagged or talked to about any of their unsafe and aggressive driving by staff. When the race ended, my friends and I got out and immediately we were all complaining about the 2 women and the man who were not racing but being dangerous and that none of us had fun. All of us felt we were being bullied on the track and not able to get one lap in without being rear ended, side swiped or spun out by these people. We are more upset by the fact that the staff were not doing anything about it. As I said before we watched previous races and it seemed those races were regulated and people were flagged if they swiped other drivers so why not us? It would have been one thing if it was just one driver who experienced this but all 5 of us? I have raced with Andretti before and I know that accidents happen at times but I have never been on the track with such blatantly reckless drivers. The negligence I witnessed was appalling and I hope Andretti trains their staff not to let their friends abuse the track and the people who pay to race. As for my friends and myself, Andretti has lost us as customers and it saddens me that a place like Andretti has declined in quality.

I went to Andrettis for the first time last night. I was highly disappointed with the Go-Kart Assistants and the Safety of this place. This is the first time I have been on a Go-Kart Track and the Service Clerk did not inform me to watch the safety video. She did not even offer it. She just accepted our payment but nothing about our safety. The Go-Kart Assistant (the boy that give you your helment) did not inform me that my hair should be pulled back. I just assumed my hair would be protected by the helment and blowing in the wind. There is no signs about Safety on the Go-Karts. nor informants to inform me to pull my hair up. I took a ride on the Go-cart, and I get off the track and Remove my helmet, I began running my fingers in my hair. Now, at first I thought it was tangles but then I noticed the heat of it and the stench of burnt hair. I look down and my hair is melted in my hand. My hair began breaking off. The manager attempted to make me feel better but it will take months to grow my hair back out. I beleive about 1 - 1.5 inch came off. I was also on a date, so not only was this upsetting but also humiliating. A girl crying on a date over her hair falling out is definantly a good evening ruiner. Instead of giving me a giftcard for 2 Free track races, the manager should have #1. Refunded the 50.00$ and #2. Offered to help pay for my hair cut. (I got my hair cut 1 day prior to coming to Andrettis, Thank god it wasnt longer). Women and kids have actually been scalped from Go-Karts because of their hair being long, and no one informing them to pull it up or at least a sign.

The customer service was sub par. I was excited to try the ropes course, but that was a joke. Theres no way a normal person can get up the rope ladder to get to the actual course and dont think the staff will be helpful. One was on his phone the whole time I attempted to climb up and the other wasnt paying any attention and looked annoyed that it was taking so long. I finally gave up because my legs were just not long enough to reach each step and I had already received rope burns and bruises from trying. On the way down (I was almost to the top) I missed a step and if there wasnt a random customer there to keep me from slamming into the ground I could have absolutely hurt my back because the staff was not paying attention or did not know how to properly belay someone. After the incident not a single staff person came over to see if I was alright or even acted concerned. The group I was with then went up to the Sky Bar to have a drink/eat but the customer service gets even worse at this point. Were sitting down looking over menus and the employee upstairs never even came over to tell us the bar was closed and we couldnt be served there. I had to go ask which shouldnt have happened, there should have been some indication that the area was not open or the employee should have walked himself over to us and said something. The trip to Andrettis was all in all a flop and I dont plan on going back any time soon. I had heard such great things about how fun it was but I was absolutely disappointed.

Great place, horrible service. Came for my husbands birthday. Server introduced herself as someone who was just taking our drink orders & that our server would be with us soon. Majority ordered water to start, with a couple ppl ordering alcoholic beverages. Not only did we get our alcohol before getting WATER, apparently she took appetizer orders from those who ordered alcohol (one half of our table of 12) & those also came before our WATER. Now, half of the table has food and alcohol and the other half, which included 3 hungry children under 4 have no drinks and no opportunity to order the childrens food. After hunting down the server (somehow shes become our permanent server now) we finally get water and the opportunity to order. Our food comes (about 45 minutes after the first halfs) and we wait another 30 minutes for 2 of the childrens meals. Disgusting. Server never showed and compassion as she barely came to check on the table at all. Had to speak to the manager at least 3 times. Server also told us we could send one person to sign us up for the kart racing which we found to be untrue as everyone had to fill out their own waiver forms. So we had to wait another 2 hours after our meal to race due to her giving is false information at the beginning of our meal. Manager eventually gave my party of 13 complimentary game cards and we proceeded to enjoy the rest of our night playing games and eventually racing. Great concept of a place horrible staff.
