EVERYTHING was great, with only 2 exceptions...First, when we got there and ordered a bottle of wine, the first one brought to us had turned, and was basically vinegar. At the first sip and statement of a vinegar taste the fellow quickly took the bottle and returned with a new one, which was fantastic...During the meal, the manager had gotten wind of this, and came and was determined to make it right even though we thought little of the snafu, he offered us a free dessert and then, finding we didnt really do sweets, he wrote off the bottle....Unreal how badly he wanted to make things right....Secondly, and most disturbing, was trying to arrange a reservation, I had called at 3:05pm to get seats reserved and got a recording stating that were I to leave a callback number, they would contact us later....I decided to just use the computer to set a time, and then later, after we had our meal and were about 2 miles from the restaurant we got the return call at 8:58 from a girl on the line, I thought that we may have left something there or something was wrong because of the call, she actually said to me " Im calling because you left a message saying something about getting a reservation"...I told her that we had already been there and gone, and although she apologized, I really thought that the manager we encountered would have lost it if he had been aware of that given how hard he tried to resolve the wine issue....In all, as long as you dont rely on the staff to arrange a reservation, and that particular manager is working, Id say youre practically guaranteed to have a fantastic time....Oh, and if you go outside to perhaps smoke outside, make sure you can get back in, as I had to down my beer to walk around to the front door after being turned down entry from the same door I went out to go take a smoke break by one of the staff....

Was looking forward to a night out and steak dinner. Was not what we expected when we got there. Very loud, lots of clanking silverware, reminded us of a cafeteria. You can try all their steaks with the Full Rodizio and you get your own salad and sides. We thought itd be a sit down meal, it was, but with lots of getting up! We went to a salad bar, then a sides bar, and if you wanted whatever meat they were walking around with you turned a little wooden thing to green and they stopped and sliced some off for you. Forget much conversation, there were at least 10 servers at our table in 45 minutes. So if we werent getting up to get more food, we were having to watch to see what was coming by and turn the thing to stop them and then wait for them to serve it on our plates. How does getting up 3 times each and 10 or more servers sound to you? All while listening to clanking so loud it was annoying and watching them stop at all the other tables too. To top it off... the food was awful. The meat tasted like nothing. Of the 10 cuts we tried, only one had any flavor at all... the rest I only ate a few bites of and thought my own cooking was better and I cant cook that well. The salad and sides were nothing great either. We left as soon as we could. On a plus, its nice inside and the staff are very friendly and nice and they are quick to serve you because there are so many walking around all the time. Waste of money and a meal... and I rarely give bad reviews.

Overall Half of what the value for the Price.... $25 for each Buffet, yes there is endless Chicken, Pork Sausages, Steak and such but I didnt go to a nice supposed upscale restaurant just to eat Salad and Meat.... there were no vegetables or starches of any kind and the deserts well all 4 of them... but they do have a drink and wine book about 1" thick if your into drinking for a hefty price... $6 for a beer and $8 for a glass of wine.... My bill for 3 people was over $100 and I left feeling empty..... you can find better Steak at McDonald in their breakfast sandwich..... FYI... there is only the Buffet "salad bar" and guys carrying meat on a stick to slice off on your plate...the steaks are cooked Medium to rare unless you get a piece of burnt end... and they only slice it about 1/4" thick when they do serve you... so your only getting 2-3 oz of steak or Meat each time they visit your table unless you want a hunk of rare meat to knaw on.... Im only telling the truth because I have eaten at much better places who were Brazilian themed.. this is a knock off at best.

My visit was back in April 2016, when the place was kind of newly opened for a few months. Given the fact that they were still new at the time, so they could not be on the same level as the other well-established Rodizios around the country. Thus, I just throw it out my experience with this visit only, hopefully they will get better in the future. Most of red Meats were UNDERCOOKED while the food runners tried to convince you that they were served as "medium rare." Lamb is the BIGGEST disappointment of all since they couldnt get rid off the unique stink of lamb (as if there was a 1st year culinary student prepped the meat with cold water only and forgot to do it instead with wine before seasoning it). Fish was UNDERCOOKED as well, the inside was raw clear, oh yeah, so it was stink as well. I have been to many Rodizio restaurants here and there in OH, FL, TN, and my visit at this place was the least favorite so far. BTW, if you have Rodizio reward card, DONT bother to ask about points added for your visit, they DONT participate in that reward program.

I attended the opening day of the Rodizio Grill and it was the best meal I have had in years. They were busy as can be and the meat was cooked to perfection. The server came by and checked on us many times through out the evening keeping our glasses full of water and bringing our alcoholic drinks when requested. The first item I devoured were the cheese filled bread dots (not called that, but thats the best Ive got :P). THEY WERE INCREDIBLE!!!! Night started delicious and ended having me CRAVING for more. All the meat was cooked in several different ways to appease the many types of eaters in the building from rare to well done. I ended up being full before I had an opportunity to try all the food!!!!! (BRAVO) If anyone goes here and leaves in a bad mood, then they need to look on the inside for their solution because there is no way you could leave the Rodizio Grill with anything but a smile. Great job to the Owners and employees of the Restaurant. Keep up the good work as I will be visiting many times here in the future!

My husband and i wanted to try something different in celebration of our 5 year marriage anniversary so we decided on Rodizio Grill. The experience itself, the concept behind Rodizio, was nice, however my husband and I both agree that we dont think we will be returning to this restaurant anytime soon, if at all. We opted for the Full Rodizio experience which offered unlimited meat, salad and sides for around 34 bucks per person. We were offered a wide variety of meats, most of which were flavorful and tender. The sides, fried bananas and cheese biscuits, were ok to put it nicely. The salad bar didnt have much variety, which was disappointing .. but i guess most patrons dont visit for the salad anyway. The service was great though. The servers and hosts were very friendly and genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs, which was refreshinv. We ended up spending a little over 80 bucks between myself and my husband and looking back, im not really sure if it (food, experience, service) was really worth that.
