I stopped in here on my home from a meeting on a Thursday night for a beer and to catch up on some games. It seemed pretty busy so I decided to sit at the bar to save the tables for groups. The bartender Sam was rude and complained loudly about everything to a few gentlemen (who Im guessing were regulars) as if no one else could hear her. The food was decent when she dropped it in front of me but they charged me for half a cup of extra ranch. Probably wont go here again but if I do I know where I wont be sitting.

Took me 40 minutes to get my wings tonight. Then when I got them they were so greasy nasty and disgusting that when they offered them to me and I got down the road I threw him out the window If the Cook would quit worrying about consoling the waitresses when they have a bad night as I sat at the bar and listened to for 40 minutes, they can do the real job and thats getting food on the table and getting the waitresses tips

July 29, 17. The service sucked as one bartender and one waitress. The manager stood by the kitchen and did not help the floor at all. He just stared at tables not be served and some walking out. Took almost an hour to get 20 of the same wings and 10 min to get service. This place needs some help. Disappointing

Each time my family has gone the service was beyond slow, our orders were always wrong and they were always out of something. I got food poisoning the last time we went. I ended up in the ER. Im diabetic so the situation became life threatening. Safe to say none of us will ever be going to a Hooters again.

If 0 stars was a option i would have used it.. Service was beyond slow or not at all. Waited just over a hour for a salad and 10 wings only to receive the wrong order. Then asked to talk to a mgr, but they where to busy to come on the floor... Wow never come back!!

Just no. How this exists still is beyond me. Though I do see women here all the time, I couldnt imagine in a million years bringing my family here and acting like this was okay. I have dined here socially at others insistence in the past... not worth it.

Service s l o w . At least one of the girls too busy socializing with one of the men to take care of the other tables. Had to request refill on drink. Staff did not know abut email special . Long wait to get food. No manager presence

Very accommodating two my time and my request and a timely fashion very pleasant even though she was being trained on her first day overall very happy with the service and always have been when I go to Hooters thank you Hooters.

Whoever placed this down did not take in to consideration that the store is actually on SOUTH Westnedge, not NORTH Westnedge. Nothing there but a fruit stand. So if you want Hooters, head south young man, head south! AB

The food was awesome and the service was even better. My wife and I stopped in on a Sunday afternoon. Service was prompt and friendly. The fried pickles are the best. The sliders were very tasty. We will be back.

Waitress was very kind and attentive to our needs. Bathrooms were kept clean. We had to wait a while for our food but it was delicious and hot. Our drinks were kept filled while we waited.

Food took FOREVER and they werent even busy. Server was stand off-ish, all she was good at was refilling our drinks. Food came out cold and just didnt taste that great. Wont be returning.
