Was there a week ago yesterday with a party of 12. Neat, little place with a cozy ambiance. Service was attentive. Enjoyed the selection of craft beers. We ordered four appetizers for the table and all were fine. My problem came with my main order: the Tavern Club sandwich. As any aficionado of this culinary creation knows, and I am one, the club sandwich is always, ALWAYS, a double-decker with toasted bread and a slice of toasted bread in the middle and the same combo of ingredients above and below the middle slice of bread. And it is always, ALWAYS, cut into quarters with a long sandwich pick in the center of each quarter keeping it all together. Their Tavern Club failed miserably. First, their choice of bread was inferior, just a cut above off-the-shelf wheat out of the plastic bag from the grocery store. The size of the bread slices was exactly that. The club sandwich desrves only the best bakery-quality wheat or white in thick slices. Next, the sandwich was missing the center bread slice so that all ingredients were stacked in a heap between two small, thin, whimpy slices of light wheat bread and a sandwich pick in the middle. If the bread was toasted, it was hardly noticable. Attempting to eat the sandwich was a nightmare as it all started to disintegrate upon picking it up. I tried to herd it all together as best I could back between the bread with little success, ending up with very sloppy hands and finally finished the bulk of it with knife and fork. Also, one of the stated ingredients was prime rib, and if it was in the sandwich at all, I never noticed it. At $10.50, the Tavern Club is way over priced. I will send them photos of what a REAL Club Sandwich looks llike. Overall, this is a fine place for groups, meeting friends, and date night and they put out a quality product. I would recommend it to anyone. Just stay clear of the Tavern Club until the decide to get it right. Thanks, BZ Siesta Key, FL

I really enjoyed this restaurant for about a year or so of moving to Cleveland. It has great happy hour deals and the food is good. Before two weeks ago, Burntwood tavern, Pacos tacos, and M Italian were three of my go-to restaurants. I have always been wary of the parking situation at this location because their valet seems rather careless, but I didnt let that impact me until recently. A couple weeks ago, I was visiting the restaurant and my car was hit while in their parking lot. I worked with the director of Five Star Valet and was ultimately disappointed that because none of their valets admitted to hitting my car (and even lied about the color of the car that was parked next to mine to avoid responsibility). Unfortunately I wasnt surprised at the lack of accountability; however I was extremely disappointed. I will not be attending this restaurant or any of the restaurants with Five Star Valet anymore. I am disappointed that it has come to this because I recognize that it is a separate company. However since this occurred, I have mentioned the incident to friends and colleagues and have heard many other horror stories of incidents in this same parking lot. The valet situation is enough to make me stay away from the restaurant.

It was OK. They had a lot of beer taps for draft beer - but when we asked, many of the craft beers were not available. The waitress kept telling us they had "seasonal" beers, but was somewhat unclear as to what these were. She knew the average draft beers, but not much about the craft beers. And many on the list were "out." So we ended up having something we could get anyplace. The salmon wrap was wonderful! Definitely worth the reasonable price for this excellent "sandwich." The fish fry was very average - soggy and bland. The fries come in a cute paper bag - but they were soggy and very average. The cole slaw is different and good. Prices are high for this food. The decor is barny and interesting - not real warm and inviting tho. The waitress was cute and attentive - and while she needed to know more about the beers, she gave us excellent service. We were disappointed as we frequented The Pub often - and enjoyed the beer and the food. I think with some changes and time Burntwood Tavern can be a good place to eat and have a beer. But we will wait awhile to go back.

Very nice decor, clean, nice. Food was not good. Went with a party of 10+ and no one had anything good to say. Seemed a bit pricey for what we actually got..maybe the plates were just too big. Service was slow, but it seemed as if there was only 3 people working the floor and it was pretty crowded. Oh the dessert, the cheesecake was very good. Hope they can upgrade the food quality or they will not last. Much better options at much better prices are available.

Food was good...but we waited close to an hour for food after ordering. Three tables in our area ate and left before we were served. Good thing that we all like to talk!!..toast was dry and very hard. When the manager finally realized how long it had been , he was very apologetic . We will give it another try!. There was 6 of us and all enjoyed dessert in the little beer mug..

When we went the restaurant was packed. After we received our food we were never approached by our waiter again until it was time for the bill. We wanted additional drinks and condiments but nothing. The food was priced too high for the lack of basic service but maybe he was overwhelmed by the tables he had to cover. In any event, we wont return.

Amazing spot! Danielle our server was wonderful and treated us to a champagne toast just because it was our 1st time there. Bill the manager was so friendly and personable, he made us feel as if we had known him for 15 yrs. Great service, great ambiance, great food. We are looking forward to returning soon.

We went for lunch and sat at the bar. Service was excellent, the bartender was attentive and took time to explain stuff to us. The food was very good. I had a Cuban sandwich and really enjoyed it. Good beer selection and they make their own flavor infused vodkas on premise. Look forward to

An amazing happy hour. Appetizers & flat breads are half priced. Many drinks are at a greatly reduced price. By taking advantage of the happy hour items my wife and I can have dinner and two glasses of wine for not much more than $20.

My family and I love coming here. Food is very good and not expensive, they have decent wines by the glass and keep the place clean. As a welcome bonus, Bill is a great manager and we truly appreciate the way he treats his customers.

Sooo cozy inside, awesome decor, all 5 of us loved our food. Great coffee. Brentwood burger, tavern dip, French fries served in a cool short brown bag, delicious! Would definitely go back! Visited on New Years Day
