Buena comida colombiana.

We were visiting Orlando two days ago (Tuesday) and found this place. Food was good, but the service was not good at all. Our waitress brought our food and went to sit with her co workers to be on her phone. I ordered a salad which came with no dressing, i had to eat it like that since she never came to check on us. Finally, when my boyfriend caught her attention she came to the table and asked if the food was ok (we were almost done eating) When we finally were able to get her to come to the table we asked her for a mojito which was listed on the menu, but she decided to tell us that they dont make mojitos there! We are servers too, so we always tip more than 20% because we know how hard it is, but when you are sitting and playing with your phone right in front of your customers, you dont even deserve a tip (we did leave her 15% though). The owner should hire a manager and have them all work instead of being on their phones, just saying.

Wow! Thats all I can say. Me and my family stopped in here after reading the glowing reviews on G+. They were all true. The service was great. I had the Bandeja Paisa. I mean, if the restaurant is named after the dish it must be good, right? It was very good and a TON of food. However, the best thing we had that night was my wifes entree: The Lomo Saltado. I dont know what all they do to make that dish, but, it is amazingly tasty. The guacamole appetizer was delicious. Dessert was great too. Service excellent.. very friendly and attentive. My only slight knock against the service would be that our waitress had a thick accent which occasionally made it difficult to understand her. However, thats to be expected when dining on authentic ethnic food. If you are in the area, do yourself a favor and stop in. Highly recommended.

Volvere Pero Nesesitan mejorar.

We went to this restaurant really only by chance. We found it in a local mall near where our convention was. It was a great experience. The meals we chose were attempts by us novices to taste some authentic Colombian dishes. I had the meal which is the namesake of the restaurant, called Bandeja Paisa. It was very good. Others had some talapia (dish) and a dish with a type of steak strips in a sautee of vegetables and some kind of french fries. The staff was great, giving lots of tips and being kind with every request. Desert was the coupe de grace-- a marvelous flan dish was a great combination of caramel and gelatin... but the strawberries and creme was amazing.. you have to try that. You wont be disappointed. Try this place!

NO Vuelvo!!!

The worst. I seriously wonder how they got voted the best Latin Restaraunt. The food took forever, the waitresses just sat in a corner and STARED at us while we were out of drinks and finished with out food. The food was MEH. The plates were dripping grease when the waiter brought it to us, the beans were salty and the only good thing was the steak; my mother cooks better. On top of all that they waitress automatically added an almost $20 tip for herself for a party of without asking the party of four. Seriously, how is this better than Las Delicias? Im not one to comment often on this but this was just a horrible experience.

This premier locally-owned Colombian Restaurant is well know for its traditional dish "bandeja paisa". The website is filled with great content to help you get acquainted with the food and culture. The dining area is tastefully decorated in a modern style. If you prefer the fresh air there is a very trendy outdoor seating area. The food is superb. My wife and I experienced great service. They use technology to facilitate your experience and so you can keep in touch with them. It is located in Hunters Creek at Deerfield and John Young Parkway.

Decided to purchase a groupon for this location because it seemed like a good deal and there are only a couple of good Colombian restaurants in the area. I had never seen some of the items in the menu in a Colombian restaurant, so that was weird. See the images attached of our food, as you can see the chicken cutlet looks really sad. (My wife was very disappointed) As for my meal, I cant remember the name, but its steak with fries and some sort of teriyaki sauce, was so salty that after the 2nd or 3rd bite, I couldnt taste anything else.

Server was not friendly or helpful. She seemed annoyed. The Food was not all that. I Ordered La Bandeja Paisa, I didnt like the beans at all, they added a lot of sugar and they tasted sweet. The Chicharrón was extremely salty and greasy. The white rice, steak and chorizo were good, but I was not impressed with this visit. Before this last time I was here about 3yrs ago and the food and service was amazing. This place might have different owners. Im not sure about that but I wont be coming back.

I found Mi Bandeha Paisa here in Google as an alternative to Mexican eateries here in town for my visiting parents. What a find! Clean, reasonable prices, nice atmosphere, lots of parking, timely service, and damn good food! And their bakery just a couple of doors down caps off a fine meal. Take some time out and go to this restaurant jewel in South Orlando. And Juanita looks most awesome in that tight Bandeja t-shirt gentlemen! Go see for yourselves and youll agree!
