Terrible food and service. We walked in at 5 oclock on a Tuesday and it was totally empty, bad sign. Really odd smell upon entering, we should of walked out right away but it was so hot and miserable outside we were just glad to be in the A.C. There is ZERO selection as far as food to choose from here!! Im ok with standard noodle and rice dishes but this was just bizarre. They had deep fried fish that was waaay too salty, and salmon that was floating in murky cold water, i took one bite and spit it out. The eggroll was totally cold too, and half raw in the center. Their was next to none fresh vegetables or fermented foods i normally see at Asian Buffets, and the salad bar was disgusting and slimy. The wings were dry and tasteless too. I was hoping at least the standard lomein would be satisfying, but it too was cold, bland and really really greasy.I got excited when i saw sushi, but then i realized it want even on ice..it was warm and broken into little pieces like it was VERY old!! Im honestly happy we didnt get food poisoning here. Its a crap shoot, avoid at all costs. Theres a pizza and grinders place in the same plaza that is delicious. Go there. NOT HERE!!

OK so most of the recent reviews were decent so I thought Id give it a chance. BIG mistake. All of the food on the buffet it self was way outside keeping temperatures. The hot food was Luke warm at best and the cold food was nearly room temperature. Almost no selection on the buffet but considering none of it is edible that may be a good thing. The Mongolian grill section was at least safe to eat but there is again very very little selection. They didnt even have bean sprouts. There were only 3 sauces to choose from: garlic, teryaki and "house sauce" and none of them seemed to have any flavor at all. The ice cream and sherbets were freezer burned. This is nowhere near being worth a $25 dollar dinner for 2 people. The only thing this place does seem to have is friendly staff.

Decided to give it a shot even though all the negitive reviews ... But it was just what others have said .. Dead roach in bathroom .. Bug zapper was unplugged and sitting on top of soda machine right next to the grill.. Once i seen this i was done!! The food selection was very little and half cold... I wouldnt eat here again if they paid me.. That roach had to crawl from somewhere to get into the restroom.. I uploaded a picture of the roach that was found as well... Avoid at all costs if health is important!!

I have gone to this place a few times over the years and it is always under "new management" but the food never changes. The selection is not great and it tastes like it is 2 days old or been under a heating element for hours. The place has a pretty bad smell when you walk in and there appears to be mold on one of the upper walls by the big fish tank along with a lot of spider webs all over. The waitress was friendly, but thats it....this was my last visit to this place and fingers crossed I dont get sick!

I stopped by there today, Tuesday around 8pm. One word, bad. If a place has to have warnings all over about eat all you want, but eat all you take, it is because the food is bad. The sweet n sour sauce was bad, the chicken was dry, the dishes with vegetables were over cooked, the sushi tasted fishy. The fried chicken was just ok. The atmosphere was depressing and didnt see anyone manning the grill. The chairs, wall, bath rooms were dirty. I wont stop there again.

Cant imagine where this place would be considered a "pearl" unless maybe in a ghetto and thats a big maybe. Wallpaper is peeling off the walls. The floors, tables, buffet pans, fish tank etc. all filthy nasty. Food looks like its been sitting there for days. My first instinct was to walk out the minute after I walked in but I had my grandchild with me and had promised her we would try it. She hated it too. Definitely not worth $6.99 a plate!

Place looked good and clean but we came at 8:50 on a Saturday and it was dead so they were already cleaning and putting the food away. I asked if they closed at 10 as advertised and was told they close at 9:30 and we could get it to go. We declined since we could do that anywhere. I was really looking foward to trying this place out since I was new to the area. After all the bad reviews below I might rethink coming back.

Staying at a hotel close by. Front desk gave me a menu and was so happy to let me know they now deliver to them. Read reviews....had mixed feelings about ordering but really didnt want to go out so I called. Lady that answered the phone was rude and advised me they do not deliver to the hotel. Called the front desk to let them know and they said thats funny they delivered to them the day prior.

hit or miss here - although one of the ONLY buffets around that have Egg Foo Young on the menu - and the place is always dead - not good for business if the menu isnt up to par - and one of the most unusual things that happened while dining there - got offered a happy ending from one of the cute young servers if a phone number was given to meet up later - for an extra "fee" - WOW desperate times

Have been there and seen roach poop on the wall paper. Food tastes as if raked back into pots from unate plates. Nothing changes and its the same old gross food. Their bathrooms are horrible nasty.. Food is under done and tastes spoiled.. Last time we went our family was all sick for over a week. We NEVER GO BACK!!! Cant believe this place hasnt been checked and fined or shut down...

On my last visit there was not any running water due to "fixing pipes", stated the waitress. The water was out for 45 minutes, so how did the workers wash their hands??!! NASTY! The food was temp was warm not hot, variety was slim pickings, and waitress does not clear plates nor refill drinks as needed. I recommend the Chinese Buffett in Lakeland.

This is exactly why I dont come to lake wales. For places like this! Total waste of money, time, the people look weird. Im seating in the "restaurant" and rather be on my phone than to eat the food here. The waitress is wearing flip flops.

2 words... NEW OWNERS... this is great, the new owner is from NY and has added Delivery Orders to this newly owned place... Ive even seen a 15% off sign. It has turned around since the last owners dried out and cold foods!!!!

Simply the worse Chinese restaurant I have ever eaten at. The food was cold arrangements were not appetizing and selection for a buffet severely lacking. I would never recommend this place.
