I REALLY WANT to give this place 5 stars. The food is great and very consistent. However, I dont drink soda and order ice water with my lunch, and for whatever reason they refuse to give you a normal sized cup. They give you a special TINY "water" cup that is roughly 6-8 ounces with NO LID available. I wouldnt mind it as much if I could at least have a lid so it doesnt spill on my way back to the office. I know this seems like a small issue, but I go here twice a week usually and I have literally decided on a different restaurant at times because of how I feel about a cup that wont spill water in my car. Id be happy to pay another 10 cents every time I buy a sub just so people like me can order water in peace.

This was my families first time at Potbellys. We walked in and were the only people in there. The employee seemed to be in a hurry. She was rushing us through are sandwich orders. I felt I needed to tell her it was our first time there. She then told me that it is ok. That was annoying I know it is ok. She was in such a hurry that she gave my son the wrong sandwich bread. When I was checking out we had three sandwiches, cookies, and chips but I had to ask for a bag. The sandwiches were good but how do you really mess up a sandwich. I felt like the staff was rude and needs to be more tentative. Slow down, listen, and pay attention.

I could write a love song to this Potbelly... But, I wont. Excellent and yummy food. I take my toddler every week. Love their smoothies, Mediterranean sandwiches, and soups. My favorite restaurant in Canton and one of the only places that doesnt feel like a waste of money. Staff is always super sweet and Im assuming the manager knows how to pick the right people. Only one sassy employee in many wonderful experiences so I chalk that up to working with the general public so I get it haha. Seriously though. Yum.

I didnt feel very strongly about my sandwich either way. Honestly Ive had on par or better at subway as far as my meatball sub went. That being said the service was prompt everyone was friendly and the brownie chocolate chip cookie I got will have me go back of only for that.

Im glad to see Potbellys come into NE Ohio. The subs are great. High quality food and service is good. They just opened a month ago (approx in May). Milkshakes are great. Well be back weekly!

The food is always fresh and delicious. I always get the chicken cheddar sandwich with bacon. The broccoli cheese soup is really good too and the milkshakes are awesome! Everything is good here

The subs are freaking great!!! But I would go back just for the cookies!!! They make their own cookies and if you dont try their brownie cookie you are missing out ...... Cuz damn

Great subs and sandwiches yummy sides and great service. You will be shocked at their more than fair prices. Oh and dont forget to try the hot pepper mix and take a jar home.
