Dont order online from this location. I placed an order online to save time dealing with lunchtime traffic through Dr. Phillips; I should have saved myself some time and ordered upon arrival. I waited about ten minutes beyond the time my online order said it would be ready for pickup (I arrived right on time) before someone finally helped me. During the ten minute wait, I saw about 5 other sandwiches made and 3 new orders placed. When I was finally helped, the response was "Oh, you ordered online" and my sandwich was placed on the counter in front of me. There was no "thanks for waiting" or "have a nice day" or "sorry for making you wait an additional ten minutes for a sandwich you ordered a half-hour ago that has been sitting behind the counter since before you got here". In addition, although I ordered a combo online and even specified which chips I wanted, the chips and the cup for my drink were not given to me. Instead I had to reach over the counter to get my cup from beside the cash register and pick up my chips while the staff continued to make sandwiches. To add insult to injury, the to-go bag I was given wasnt even big enough to fit my chips in and I had to struggle to fit two napkins inside. And, of course, my sandwich had oregano on it - the one spice I dislike and made sure not to order. All-in-all its not worth the stress or hassle to get mediocre food and poor attitudes. Next time I will stick with Jimmy Johns up the street.

Like many other Whichwich, the quality of the ingredients and your potential sandwich combinations are excellent. IMHO, Whichwich makes the best sandwiches of any sandwich chain, period. I have ordered and eaten at this particular location both in person and online, and never had any issues. That said, this review was inspired by and is a shout out to Ian, who made the most fantastic seafood sandwich my fiancee and I have ever eaten on the evening of 1/25/17. We have ordered this sandwich several times at different Whichwiches, and it has always been good, but sometimes there is some variability depending how much of what the sandwich maker uses. Ian got the flavor balance of each ingredient perfectly and turned a good sandwich into an amazingly memorable one. If youre lucky enough to get Ian for your sandwich, youre in for a treat. Which Which is no Subway. The folks at Which Which have created yet another compelling story for selling fresh sandwiches and salads. Heres whats great... If you request avocado on your meal like I do, you get a good healthy portion and its always fresh. Because avocado must be super fresh, this topping is always a good test when evaluating the food turnover and attention to detail. Also theyve never been out of avocado and its always been fresh and generous on my sandwich and salad. On my first few visits, I always ordered a sandwich, but Ive since graduated to their salads. I find them tasty and because I can get fresh avocado, humus, pesto and olive salad, I dont ever use any traditional dressings. If you hate avocado this review may not be valid for you. However, for me and other lovers of the avocado fruit, Which Which is the place for this brain food.

I usually love Which Wich and visited this location every month. Its been a while since I visited and today I did. Well they changed their bags and they divide it into more sections now. They removed the option of hot of coldwich. I got a hot Turkey sandwich with pepper jack cheese and the person at the register told the people making my wich "hot wich". When I got home to eat my sandwich the wich was cold and guess what NO CHEESE! How the hell do you miss the cheese! a few more bites in and no crispy onions. This was very disappointing as I had been wanting to go to which wich for a while. I wont be back and am now unsubscribed from their e-mails. Ill go to Subway next time. At least I can remind them to heat it up or put cheese on my sandwich.

We tried it for the first time today and we really enjoyed it. They took the time to explain to us how to order and everything tasted super delicious. Staff was always asking us if we needed anything. We had to get forks to eat because the which was huge!!!! The bread was not too thick, every ingredient looked and tasted fresh. Towards the end one of them came to us and offered us a cookie (just out of the oven). Pleasant visit.. truly recomend it!!!

I came here on vacation and love eating at which which. But one of the workers at this location ruined my dinner by putting veggies all over my sandwich when I clearly put on my bag no veggies. It is just frustrating that someone cant make a sandwich or follow the directions from a bag. Thank you to the very unintelligent worker who incorrectly made my sandwich you ruined my dinner

French dip is my favorite from here. The online app is easy to use and you can set your pickup time. Way better selection vs. Subway or other sub shops in the area. The toppings are more vast and several selections of all fresh ingredients. Check it out especially if you have not had a chance to indulge.

We love this Which Wich! We had them cater our son’s birthday party and it was great. The sandwiches were amazing and our guests thought so too. I would highly recommend having them cater parties or company events. I would give more stars if I could. Great customer service and yummy sandwiches.

Decent food and good service. When this place first opened it was packed all the time, with long wait times. Thats not a problem typically anymore. The service is quick and the employees are attentive.

Staff are nice and try to work as fast as they can on busy days, but when no one is around they are super fast AND their food is awesome and always consistent. I love the gyro lettuce wich.
