Normally this particular branch is fairly good at getting to your order in a timely manner. I have been there frequently over the years, and only had a handful of long waits. Today however was the longest wait I had ever seen. Over thirty minutes passed since I ordered a sandwich, of which there was only one person ahead of me (who got their sub), and mine still hadnt even been put on bread to be passed through the toaster oven. There was no ice in the ice machine, a person being trained at the same time, and the crew of three trying to deal with a family of twenty trying to order at once. Efficiency is not within the boundaries with that kind of operation. It needs help. Needless to say I simply walked out (as my lunch break doesnt extend longer to allow me to actually get the sub).

I go to this location regularly (not a good idea for health) but wow is the food great. The bread is crisp yet soft. Great tasting philly cheese steak and delicious fries. It is really good stuff. I have tried an array of chicken and steak, cant comment on the deli sandwhiches, but I am sure they are great. Service is always good. The GM of this location knows her stuff and takes good care of her customers. Always polite and quick. Its not as fast as subway, but its not pre fabricated like subway. If you want a delicious tasting sandwhich this is the place for you, Its true you wont go back to subway or Quiznos.

Every single time I come here my order is messed up and I somehow manage to pay more than my order or pay for someone elses order..I was charged $100.19 instead of $10.19 and it took forever to get my money refunded back on my card. Im not sure how it is so hard to correctly receive what I order or pay for what I order..TERRIBLE SERVICE. No one here has the slightest clue as to what they are doing!!! Make sure you pay attention to what you are paying for...or you will be overcharged!!!!!!!

I would come here again. Fresh food, courteous staff and clean place. You can count on the food being hot and customize your order to your liking. TVs are in the right place and the staff does a good job of handling a sudden influx of customers. It you forget to include something on your sandwich, the staff is happy to go ahead and after youve already paid.

This place is amazing! They slice their own meats and cheeses daily, make tasty carnival-style fries by hand, and have thirst-quenching freshly squeezed lemonade. I will never eat at a Quiznos or Subway again.
