Today I ordered a footlong chicken teriyaki sub. What I got was bread along with about 6-8 small pieces of chicken. I said "is that all the meat it comes with" the guy (mike) his reply was "unless you want to pay $1.25 more." Wow. If you want a REAL sub..go to Publix & get what you pay for. This place is good for serving veggies on tuna but not meaty subs. Lost a customer today (along with a few more at work that looked at my sub and couldnt believe it was really made like that) :/

I will never go to this Subway again!! I went there on a Saturday evening at about 9:50pm. The sign on the door as well as online said 11:00pm. I went inside and was turned away by a young lady. She said that they were closed and gave me a bunch of excuses as to why she wouldnt service me. Im 6 months pregnant and was very hungry! I returned on Monday to talk to the manager and all he did was make excuses for this young lady that lied to me. Horrible customer service all around!

This is quite possibly the worse subway in Orlando. Ive lived in the area for years and every time Ive stopped in its been an unpleasant experience. Poor food quality, poor urgency from management during rushes, and sloppily made subs! As a former employee of subway restaurants, this place disgusts me with its lack of pride and commitment to customer experience. Make the longer trip to the next subway and avoid this one to save yourself from disappointment.

This is my go-to spot every lunch break! Employees are very personable and always friendly when I come in. They can be very busy during the lunch hours, but they do their best to serve everyone in a timely manner. They may not remember my name, but as I walk in they already know my order lol. Love!

I agree with the others. Customer service is terrible. And the staff are rude to each other so imagine the customers. One lady that works there stales the veggies and my appetite with her attitude. Drive up 434 to the next subway and the difference is night and day.

The best Subway Ive ever been to! Everyone is so friendly and make the atmosphere so inviting. Sometimes you may be in line for 10 mins or longer, but the friendly banter makes the time go by quicker!

horrible customer service. They never pick up the phone if you want to make a pick order. I have been turned away. Needs to be manager better.
