Our company orders via Rapid Pick-Up from Panera at least four times per month. We rotate between the two locations available in our close proximity. The Spring Hill location habitually does not notify me in advance of ingredients that are missing until I arrive to pick up the order. Which, in my opinion, is just terrible customer service. When I notified the Manager, Alexis, her response was a resounding "okay". My recommendation, take the extra 10 minutes and go the Panera on Cortez Blvd, better customer service.

I know better and should have listened to the reviews!!! I ordered the turkey and kale panini with baked potato soup. When I got the sandwich, I opened it up and there was barely any turkey and barely any kale. It was pretty much a slab of bread with a tiny sliver of turkey. Soup had no flavor. Shameful to pay $10 and have this placed before me. Come on, Panama, listen to the customers and step up your game!!! Your staff is very friendly, but everything else sucks.

We tried Panera Bread for the first time. Eh. I found it to be overpriced and under taste. The portions were very small and very expensive. I can make a better sandwich and soup at home. Id always heard rave reviews, I really dont see what anyone sees in the place.... A half sandwich with very little meat, cheese or toppings and small cup of watery soup for two and it cost us almost $30. Cannot see us ever giving it another shot.

Panera Bread has the worst bread! Its stale and rock hard! All the grocery stores make better bread! We have gone to 2 Panera Bread rests. over the years for lunch and it was terrible! both times Again the bread tasted stale, and there was 1 slice of meat, 1 slice of cheese, and 1 leaf of lettuce! I ate a couple bites and threw it away, then went across the street for a Whopper! It was that bad!

I give this one 5 stars because they have the cutes gals that work here. All of them are friendly. They never shoo you out at closing time!!! The coffee is good and cheap when you bring your own mug. The bagels are awesome!!! I have yet to try much more. I got the salad and 1/2 sandwich....Not much to it. Next time I will get the soup!!!! I love this place!!!

I Love that everything is so fresh. And your black tea is awesome. But your cashiers could be more friendly and know the menu better. Youre manager was rude to me and my mother when i asked about what brand was your black ice tea was. She wouldnt even answer me just walked away.

Great service! Good quality food! No preservatives and such is why I am okay with spending the extra money there! Quality over quantity. Some complain about the portions but I think that they are accurate, I can barely finish a half salad! Sinfully delicious pastries as well!

they seriously never have bagels. Almost everytime I go there it says you can order ahead online and I get there. pay. goto the back counter for pick up and they just act like oh well we dont have any. they are a huge disappointment this last two years.

Love Panera Bread. The staff here are super nice and personable. They have put up with me and my sarcasm many times. The food is always amazing here. Pricing is worth it. Panera also makes an amazing latte. Thanks for being a bright star in the area.

This place is terrible. Three selections of bagels and no soufflés third week in a row. None in the oven either. Four of the five coffee are out and no half and half. 10 oclock in the morning. Wake up and run your business.

We got there 30 minutes before close and were treated poorly. We were asked to hurry up and eat or go outside to eat so they could close the restaurant. Our food was also not up to par. The soup tasted like it was old.
