CIcis seems to be on a downward sprlral to me. Several yrs ago the quality seemed higher and the pizza tastier. Now, the appearance of the restaurants often seem sloppy and tired. Often, even at busy times, the bar runs low of the basics. They dont seem to come around an pick up used dishes the way they used to in the past. When I get good service from the busboys (or girls) I dont leave without walking up to the and handing them a $5. I reward good restaurant service. Hadnt had to do that at CIcis lately. Oh well, at least the staff is typically friendly.

ROACHES Went to refill my tea and two roaches were crawling around the underneath of the canisters. Also seen one in the womans bathroom, will not be coming back to thia establishment. Not to mention the employees dont listen, the hand full of times i go in, i ask for a personal pan because i dont eat much, but they always bring me a big pizza i can never finish but have to waist. And people need to start wearing gloves when making food.

The price was the same as the one I usually go to (obviously its a chain restaurant). Once we got to the "line". There is very few choices of pizza, although they change out pizzas often. The salad bar was not very great, the tomatoes where floating in water the same with most of the rest of the items. The only thing not floating was the lettuce and carrot mix, and the pasta. Overall not the beat expirience.

Today was awful! Cigarette smoke in rear of restaurant by the game room and hallway!! Humidity, humid, and nasty humid inside restaurant!! Restaurant dirty floors everywhere. Buffet very limited, no stuff crust!! Two employees, seriously? Front glass doors filthy. I cant stand this humidity any longer, I have to leave! My clothes are stuck to me now...

bread is thin with no flavor, very skimpy on toppings and not much of a variety. they all taste the same. You have to eat double the amount of slices to fill up than on a regular pizza. Their game room, some of the games didnt work a waste of money. overall not very good. I will just get a 5 dollar pizza from little ceasars next time.

Its a $6 pizza buffet so you ought to know what youre getting. Its far from the worlds best pizza but theres a variety, theres always more being freshly made, the cinnamon rolls are good, and its cheap. Theres an arcade for those with kids. The bathrooms were very dirty, especially considering we got there not long after it opened.

I dined in and ordered a thin-crust pepperoni. They brought right to my table with the option of keeping it all. I did, and ate every slice. Combine that with the drink and salad bar, which I visited several times, I enjoyed this place very much. Easily the best value in this town for pizza, and pretty much for any dinner.

This location is too small and crowded.i felt kinda uncomfortable cause its like you got to defend your table to keep your spot and you feel so rushed eating.love the pizza but its needs to be in a building 2 or 3 xs bigger!Id rather drive to the Gainesville location.

Best CCs Ive ever visited. Clean, good customer service, and their pizza is made better and thicker than any of the other ones Ive been to. Will go there again next time we are traveling through. Also...great manager...he is on top of things.

All you can eat pizza for around 5.99 excluding drink is a great deal. They also offer order over the phone, pickup, and takeout for orders made there. Great pizza combinations and they constantly change. Highly recommended.

The food was old and then when fresh food came out it was undercooked the salad bar was so old and wilted we asked for a certain pizza waited 30 mins then left never had service like that before
