Date of visit; 04/07/17 @ 3:00 PM, Not really "crowded” but enough people to over work the two servers assign to this portion of the dining area. Server we had was good but could have been better with less tables to wait. I went to try the Shrimp Scampi that is currently being advertised on television. When it arrived, I had a plate of just plain unseasoned, shrimp sitting on a base of spaghetti and some vegetables (I think they were canned) that were unseasoned. They were depending on the garlic butter to create the flavors ,,, and it failed. Even the garlic butter was weak and did nothing for the dish. I tasted two shrimp that were just fishing bait level. The spaghetti had just been “boiled” and plopped on the plate and the vegetables were probably just canned mixed vegetables heated and added to the order. We’ve been customers of this Olive Garden location since they opened and I can tell you that the food used to be great. But now, we are over Olive Garden and put it on our “Do Not Return” list of restaurants. I sent the shrimp scampi back after trying a couple bites of it and ordered a lasagna and had it made “to go” since I had other things to do but sit and wait on the food. I didn’t try it as yet and probably won’t as there is no enthusiasm to try the now failing food of an old eatery. Even the big bowl of salad is failing with the wilted lettuce, large tough pepperocini’s, stale onions soaked in their mediocre flavored dressing. I have been finding that the local, privately owned Italian restaurants have better food than these corporate places. A privately owned restaurant HAS to be good and consistent on their quality. Corporate places could give a damn because if one restaurant is failing, they have other restaurants to make up for the loss. How you people can write how great the food is saying it great, awesome must run circles on the kitchen floor when spaghetti-o’s are for dinner at home that night. Be discerning about what you eat! This was like nursing home food... where none of the food is seasoned because each patient may have a allergies, or sensitivity or some problem to the seasoning so flavoring is up to the geriatric person to and what they can eat.

Alex, wow!!! Im really not sure what to say, Ive honestly never been at a loss for words, I didnt think that service and food could get any better. Outstanding!!!!!! Im either the luckiest guy on the planet always getting the best of the best servers or everyone here at Olive Garden is absolutely amazing...!!! Amber, thank you for coming out of your way to come by and see me, your sincere hello and happy birthday was very special to me. Alex, I loved your suggestion on dessert, you truly are "The Great." Today, as always, food so beautifully amazing!!! Service, they all, the entire Olive Garden family will always sincerely love on you, their guest!!! Amber, what a joy and pleasure to have you serve us; you made us feel so welcomed, not to mention you have such a beautiful, pleasant charismatic personality, and pretty smile!!! Were always going to come back, why wouldnt we. Fantabulous!!! When Italian food is on the heart, Olive Garden is the place hands down. The beautiful greet at the door upon entry, estimated wait time was 10 mins, but seated in less than 3 mins. Hostess warmly sat us down, server following... Service as always incredibly satisfying, fast, accurate, and with a smile. Manager Chef Amy never forgets a face, she delightfully and personally brings out my absolute favorite appetizer, Stuffed Mushrooms, and with a warm smile asked how we were doing and asked how she could be of service to us... This Olive Garden never seems to fail but only succeed in pleasing and satisfying their customers. Ive, along with my wife and children have experienced many local Tampa Bay Italian restaurants, and by far this Olive Garden is truly top notch in every area, service, food, and completely affordable... honestly, I could go on and on how good this place is, but truly its an experience of a lifetime.

So, Im not a picky eater, and if youre a waiter for my table, youll notice that. But, I do have a problem when individuals in the service industry have to deliver bad news and dont know how to; sometimes it all really depends on how you say things. Recently it seems that the Olive Garden franchises began to "crackdown" on people sharing their starter salads and/or soups. Its waiting staff however, have yet to be properly trained on how to address the FACT that people still share with their loved ones their soups & salads. If you are a waiter for this franchise, PLEASE do not interrupt our appetizer soup/salad meal to announce to the table that, since were sharing our ordered appetizers, the culprits of such violation are going to have to cough up an additional $4 dollars and change!! Actually, if this is the action that O.G. is going to be taking, then perhaps it may be time to introduce all-you-can eat single serving salads (much like you do with your soups), instead of bringing a bowl of salad to the table that is meant to serve one or two people. Additionally, please train your staff to start off announcing this as the order is being taken to avoid any unpleasantness during the course of the meal. This, the fact that my spouses order was brought in incorrectly, the lack of attention for items on the table that needed to be refilled/removed, just snowballed my last visit to this location into a "were going to take a long break from Olive Garden" conversation I held with my family and friends (9 of us in total) as we headed home. A conversation and decision that couldve been avoided by...attention to detail, and just knowing how to say things. I mean, cmon guys, its just lettuce, pasta, and fat, with a high price tag! We went there because we wanted to feel like family!

Visited recently. I have to say, I was a bit disappointed with the entire dining experience. A friend and I had lunch there after shopping on a busy Friday afternoon. The wait wasnt bad, and the Hostesses were doing the best they could. We were seated in the the promised timeframe. The server took our drink order, but didnt return for about 15 minutes with our drinks and to take our orders. We both ordered the pronto lunch special--soup, salad and breadsticks, combined with our choice of entree. I stuck with my usual, fettuccine alfredo plus added shrimp (extra $, but so what?), and she had tortellini. Well, by the time the meal arrived--almost 40 minutes later, we had filled up on breadsticks and salad. We decided to take our entrees home. When I reheated mine for dinner, it was overly thickened and lumpy, and my shrimp were overcooked. Granted, this was my fault for reheating in the microwave, but had our meals been delivered in a timely manner, we would have eaten them at lunch in the restaraunt as planned. Also, I used to adore the house dressing with the salads, but something has changed recently, and it tastes oily and somewhat bland as opposed to its old recipe. Wont go back for awhile.

Today I placed an order with the olive garden in Pinellas park on the phone while I was driving from the Dunedin area and it took me 45 minutes to get there and when my I got there I had to still wait changed my 3 month old baby and feed her then still waited some more and then after 1 hour and 15 minutes total time since I had placed the ordered they brought my food .then when I gave them money for the food the server left so I thought their going to bring the change and ill leave them a tip still but he never returned and I asked the other server that was there and was told your tab is closed I got to go and find him I said forget it since they automatically decided to tip themselves and not return with the change I am in sales and I understand the value of customer service this place needs to hire more customer oriented people so they can take care of their customer not offend them so they wont ever return to that location ever again.
