Very Clean Restaurant, staff very friendly, was here on a personal 2 day vacation, and I have one of these back in NC where I currently reside, and have been wondering what the hype was all about, now I know! Great burgers, great fries, and especially love the Vanilla Barqs available to drink! the self service at the drink station was great! Even though my local one does not have the availability of the outside seating, such as the one next to the hotel I was at, I will still look at that one next time I am hungry and its lunch time! Nothing says great lunch like a great burger and fries sitting outside in the warm, sunny outside under shade and the umbrella.. if you had more stars available, you would have gotten more!

My order was wrong after me calling it in and picking it up. I then called to tell them about it. I talked to David which says hes the "store manager" and at the end of the conversation I told him to have them made before I get back up there. He then chuckled and then hung up on me. I then called back and found out that Ricky is actually the "store manager" He fixed the order after I went and picked up for the second time. Also when I was there the 2 girls that make the burgers were playing around with each other as the food cooked. It sucks because its the closest one to me and the people in there just ruined it for me. Guess I have to drive further to the next one

Congratulations to 5 Guys they have officially priced themselves out of my business. It has been awhile since Ive enjoyed a 5 Guys burger mainly due to price . I always get great food and service and I guess there is something to be said for that but...We stopped today and picked up 2 cheese burgers,drinks and fries and it came to just under $33.00. Just seems a little high for a couple burger for lunch. I could have been waited on at a full service restaurant for the same amount. The gentlemen in front of me also made a comment on the high price as did the gentlemen behind us so I guess Im not alone.

Nice folks. At the time we visited the Florida State Fair was going on and the place was kept clean. A few sets of customers came for food during our stay but no one had to wait to order. Prices possibly a bit higher than some other Five Guys in the Tampa Bay area... Considering the location right across from the Florida State Fairgrounds I would say it is fair. You should stop by to grab a bite before heading over to Events!

The most ridiculously delicious hamburgers and fries on the ENTIRE planet!!! Truly addicting, tasty and done perfectly EVERY time. Staff is friendly and facility is clean, even the bathrooms!! A bit pricey for burgers and fries, but its a treat and not an everyday event. Two regular burgers, two hotdogs, and two large fries will set you back about $35. Now thats enough fries for at least four people.

New location, all was very fresh, Jr. burger was great, location clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Burgers cooked great and size was perfect. Gave me a huge amount of fries for a small and they were great with the malt vinegar. This was a great deal and a great location. Well worth it.

They seemed very understaffed, the place was filthy and the tables were very messy. The kitchen area seemed clean but the staff were ditzy and all over the place. The soda machines were also both not working up to par. Only three stars because the food was amazing.

Great food and great service. However at these prices that could all fall apart when you realize how slippery the floor here is. All Im suggesting is keep the profits in that column by mopping the tiles so noone slips and falls. Thanks.

This is a really convenient location and the service is pretty fast. Food is great (as always at Five Guys). Only reason they lost a Star is because theyre almost ALWAYS out of tea every time I go there.

As good as any other 5 guys Ive been to. The food tastes good, the place is clean and the wait is usually short. If youre in the mood for a good old fashioned burger, this is a good place to start.

Decent hamburgers, look to be cooked fresh and to order, they definitely give you a ton of French fries when you pay for a regular fries. This one was nice and clean with a clean restroom.

Best option in the entire neighborhood! Orient Park is not a great area for food, keep driving for at least 3 miles if you can, but this Five Guys gets it right.
