I have been a regular at Panda Pinellas park for a long time. They have good food and most of the time its fresh. However tonight I ordered 4 meals totaling $34.00. I asked for 2 sweet n sour sauces for each meal. Everyone know the cups the sweet n sour sauce comes in are tiny. The cashier at the window said the manager is only allowing them to give 4 cups out with each order. I said I have 4 different orders, thats one little cup per order. So if I order one meal at a time, I can at least get 2. She said thats all we can give out. So, thats the last time I will purchase anything from Panda Pinellas Park because my son is out of sweet n sour and doesnt want to finish his meal. The manager is a MORON....

Put in perspective, this chain and location are good. 1. Every time I patronize this location, the food is hot and serving sizes generous compared to other locations, and especially compared to competing fast food joints. 2. Value factor is waning (nearly $9 for two sides and a pop ... and food quality is the same as when it cost around $7). 3. Sample the Sweet Fire Chicken prior to ordering it ... Ive noticed the taste varies day to day depending on preparation.

The rice at Panda Express is hot and delicious--unlike some lower quality Chinese restaurants where the rice may or may not taste like the carton it is in. The soy sauce packets available are high quality Kikoman with no sodium benzoate added. The broccoli has a great seasoning. The drive-through is wildly convenient. A score of five stars has been given to this restaurant for being my favorite in its class/category of restaurants.

We love panda normally but today we came in at 4:00 and 7 people working 4 of which were sitting at table in back by soda only 3 entrees to pick from no rice or lomein ALL tables dirty food on floor trash full we left and came back 20 min came later,still had to wait for rice and lomein got water and napkins and cleaned our own table not good experience today,workers slacking except for girls working front counter

We love eating at Panda. It gives us our Asian fix when were craving it and its nice and quick. Theyre shrimp selections are super tasty. Only thing you need to look out for is if the food has been sitting out for a while. Sometimes its not as fresh because its been sitting in the warmers for some time. I never hesitate to ask for fresh chicken or shrimp if its not hot. Other than that we really like it here.

Had a problem with an order in the drive thru near closing time. Called and asked if I could return it and they told me they would replace my food and refund my order. When I arrived at the store the next day, they said they could only refund or replace and would not honor what the person on the phone told me. The food is always hit or miss and Im tired of giving them chances. I wont be back.

We live in the Clearwater Beach area. This is the Panda Express we visit often. Went there tonight. The staff was rude at drive through. The food was terrible, dried out. Honestly it looked like they took someones thrown out food and packed it into our takeout. Unsanitary looking food. The food was very expensive and the it was not good at all. There are better places to eat.

Horrible customer service!! Have been to the drive thru twice and BOTH times they have gotten the orders wrong. Will NEVER go to Panda Express again!!! Suggestion have someone taking orders in the drive thru that understands English and maybe your orders will be taken correctly!! Would not recommend the Pinellas Park Panda Express to anyone.

Literally the worst place in the entire world... they never get the order right. The chow mein is bland, the only thing thats good is the orange chicken. The customer service is TERRIBLE-- i tried to give them another chance because my boyfriend likes their white washed version of chinese food... and i completely regret it.

The person at the counter was very rude and they gave my husband and I rip off portions. As we were eating, I guy that just went through the drive thru came in to complain about the portions he just got. If you want to spend money and get little for it and be treated poorly go to panda express

A Chinese restaurant with no vegetarian main dishes? Its 2015, already! Content yourself with a side order of noodles, rice or veg if youre hungry and broke, but for better vegetarian fare, look to other local Chinese restaurants. Decent portion, friendly servers.

Terrible service at counter. Drive up takes absolute priority. Staff confused with orders backed up. By the time they complete drive up back log.entrees are gone. Insanely long wait while they restock and situation reports. Save yourself the time and frustration.

Food was great manager was disrespectful and didnt care when we asked what was in the food because of an allergies he said this is an American Chinese place. The onions we asked about were in everything and he said they were in nothing.

Delicious, my first time in this restaurant and I loved. I would give it 10 Stars if the system allowed. Everything is so clean and the service is perfect, definitely recommend this place to get a good fresh and fast lunch. Thank You!

Absolutely love there food its always hot and fresh when I go. I usually order the Angus stake and peper chicken. Granted the workers really dont no English you have to point at what you want and count slow but the good is great ;-)

As an Asian food snob, I was shocked by how much I genuinely like this place. Interesting options and a perfectly decent take on American-style Chinese food. I just wish they had chopsticks in the utensil/ condiment area.

1st time ever, last time ever, my 2 entree plate was missing an entree, got steamed rice instead of fried, crab rangoon was burned and egg roll was soggy with grease, fortune cookie was solid hence the 1 star

Was nice and clean. Had to wait for my chicken as they had to make me a new batch. Was good regardless. Was during the egg shortage so no egg in fried rice, but was still good.

Every time i come here around 3 PM, I have to wait for them to make the food fresh. Fast food should not take 24 minute. Very inconvenient. Wont order from this location again.

My husband & I eat here quit often. We enjoy the food. I like the honey walnut shrimp and cream cheese Rangoon and he likes chicken teriyaki and chicken egg rolls.

This is the worst food in the fast food industry. Smells like a dumpster and all the food taste like old grease. Absolutely disgusting! Most expensive too

The service here is great. Its not authentic Chinese food, but the grilled teriyaki chicken and mixed vegetables works in a pinch.
