Its funny, one of their main jobs is to welcome everyone that walks in the door. I stand 6 feet 1 inch and am 215 lbs and yet when I walked in not one employee greeted me, not one. That is one of their main roles and of the 5 (five) employees in the dining room not said a word. Now I would be more flexible if they were busy, but there was no one there but me, 2 were talking to each other, one was doing busy work (he looked at me 3 times but never said a word or came over), the cook was standing 5 feet away and didnt turn around and the manager was just walking around. After about 5 minutes I asked loudly if one of the 5 (five) of them might get me a cup of dark coffee and perhaps take my order. The food was okay for that restaurant, the staff could have been cleaner, good lord, much cleaner. Its hard to eat when young people have rotted teeth, look emaciated and dirty and they are the ones cleaning the area and preparing my food. This chain used to be much better. I wont be back. The only reason I gave them 1 star is there is nothing lower.

Sick Sick Sick. My friends and I just got off the weeki wachee and stopped here on the way home.. Great service, only people there, eating our food and a MASSIVE ROACH just was crawling right next to my friends head; parallel to the kitchen.. in a booth. Im sure the staff will remember us, my friend had to kill the ROACH; while they ran! ummm we still had to buy our meals?? Are you kidding me? none of my friends nor I finished our meals due to the fact a MASSIVE ROACH was creepin by us.. (Our servers excuse, "we just got done redoing the roof; because it leaked). Well, bia, you just got shorted a better tip because that is disgusting; staff should of just let us go after that. I think this has ruined a waffle house experience for me for a while..

I didnt even want to highlight a star but a choice had to be made so this review can be read! A friend and I walked in to order and then returned to pick up our order, low and behold when checking our before paying was completely wrong cheese eggs no cheese, pecan waffle no pecans, and our hash browns were wrong too! We proceeded to show the waitress what was wrong the cook then tried to reheat our eggs and add cheese! We walked and will never return for food or service again! I work in a Restruant and this is not sanitary to grab food with your hands and not customer satisfaction to recook cold food for a order for even a dog! I am dissatisfied with the location

We were at this restaurant and it certainly leaves a lot to be desired.it is not the most desirable atmosphere to start with.I ordered 1 yes one piece of raisin toast with my meal and was charged $1.85. I asked when she brought this check if this was right and she checked with another employee and was told that it was correct. Please, a five star restaurant would not charge this much.. I have always stopped at Waffle House when traveling as well as here but I think that has changed my mind. Maybe it would be worht a review on your part

Just what I expected. ....memories from when I was much younger. ....good is pretty tasty and homestyle. The electricity is out but the staff are still rocking out orders worth a smile. ..very apologetic which this was not their fault. No AC OR WATER SO WHEN DISHES ARE USED no more service but again they are smiling and making the best odds the situation to feed ppl like me out in this weather.

The food was ok. The cook/waiter not very attentive, doesnt listen well. I also noticed while he was placing bacon on the grill he didnt have gloves on, not cool, especially since I noticed he had fingernails. I made a comment and I think he heard me, because then I noticed he put gloves on. Makes me wonder how often he cooks unsanitarily. Not likely to return to this locaton.

Food was good, service was terrible. My bf and I waited ten minutes before being acknowledged. They stared at us the entire time we were there. I mean glaring at us. I have never had such horrible service. Needless to say we will NEVER go to this waffle hiuse again.

Clean, quick and cheap! The three young ladies working there were all very pleasant last night. They seem like they enjoy their jobs and were very attentive. The food was fresh, the place was clean and I never had to ask for anything. Great job waffle house!

Food was pretty good, service was acceptable, but nothing more. Not rude per se, but in no way friendly either. And in the middle of taking my order the waitress starts talking to a passing coworker, completley ignorning the rest of my order.

Waitress was really rude and then harassed us by walking outside and yelling about us talking about her sucky customer service. She told us while ordering "its okay the more you hesitate and think, the better my tip better be."

Tarpon Springs Florida Waffle House had a limited menu because of Hurricane Irma but the service was spot on, all employees smiling, engaging and I even Thank the chef for not only having eggs but for cooking them. Delish.

This Waffle House has always had great food each time I have visited, and it always appears very clean. Its hard to find waffles anywhere else that arent the godawful fluffy Belgian kind... ;)

Was really enjoying my feista omlet and hash browns till i saw a hair in my hashbrowns. Had to run outside and grab a bag out of my truck and vomit. I csnt stand hair in my food.

Best breakfast menu ever.!!!. Very friendly & cozy booth areas or you can sit on stools at a,bar like area. Yummy ! Highly recommended.
