This is a review towards the new, way over priced hot dogs. Was just there to buy 2 chili hotdogs, a med fry and small drink. 8.27...... wow, could have gone somewhere for real food for that price. If you want roller food just go to a gas station for the same hotdogs way cheaper, they taste the same. I feel everything has gotten much smaller at these fast food places and there prices have gone up, like the fries. What is the deal with that. I know the whole health thing, but if something gets smaller the price should as well........... Luckily I only eat fast food once a month if that. To sum this review up, they are terrible, and chili taste like its fake being squeezed out of a plastic bag. Never again.

Ive been here twice, and both visits were a travesty. I mean, even for a Burger King this place is bottom-of-the-barrel. You get to wait 5-20 minutes to order because no one is making the registers. Once someone does amble up to take your order, they inevitably get it wrong. There was no Ive in the soda fountain, and it took 20 minutes to get around to filling it after being told it was empty. The counter by the fountain was a mess, there were no ketchup cups and no condiments. The staff seemed bored, confused, and generally didnt care. Im pretty sure you could bulldoze the place and the employees wouldnt notice.

The manager there is horrible. I went there and while ordering I decided to change from a sandwich to a meal, and here we go! He started yelling at me since hed have to change the entire order. I went there again today and he was yelling at one of the employees there because he gave the lady that was in front of me a chicken sandwich instead of chicken fingers. I felt so bad for the kid he was apologizing as if he had done the worst mistake. This person is horrible to customers as well as employees, he has to be replaced.

I stopped here because it was easy to get into the parking area behind it in a semi, but the other reviews were correct. I specifically requested no cheese on a sausage muffin, and got cheese, and conveniently enough for them, I got no receipt so I dont have a telephone number to complain to. Their sweet tea tasted extremely bitter, and their soda machine was not working. In addition, the restroom smelled like a border town sewer. Overall a poor experience.

Our order was given to the vehicle in front of us. Not only did we have to repeat the order several times... The employees got it wrong. We ordered a Coke and a Sprite. We received a Dr Pepper and a Sprite. We ordered a Hearty mozzarella burger with no onions and a double whopper with no onions. We received the first sandwich correct; the second was a regular whopper and it had onions... Probably wont be back even though we work up here on occasion.

Went to their playground and took off me shoes ready to have a bomb asf time livin the life!! But then we start to climb the steps which might I add are very small and hurt your knees! We finally make it to the top and now we are lost! I have to ask 2 little boys for help and they had no clue where to go. I definitely do not recommend going to their play ground, also my friend was crawling and her knee are bleeding definitely needs improvement.

Place has been going down. Went in for breakfast and waited over 30 min.. Granted there were only 2 employees, but one guy handling drive thru was not helping out the other guy who had to handle dine in and make food. The drive thru guy kept taking dine in orders for his drive thru orders. There is a thing called multi-tasking. But thats what you get when a company does not want to pay good wages. You get what you pay for. Lousy service.

I have not visited this store in a couple years because of its prior condition. Kids talked me into going for the play area. Yet again, it was confirmed why I do not visit this Burger King. No kids menu, like 21 questions to find out what they have. You could skate across the greasy floor. Every table and surface was filthy. Id be ashamed to have this store associated with my brand.

Went through the drive thru . . . was not busy . . . got back to my office . . . the only thing that was correct was the drink . . . what I got was probably about half the price I paid for what I should have got . . . Been working in this area for 15 years . . . they have never been this bad . . . was going to call them, but phone number listed on google was disconnected . . .

Good was hot+++But service was poor, fries overly salted, GREASY and most was placed on tray and not inside ff carton, the associate left counter while in middle of order, floor was nasty; mt only satisfaction was whopper was actually hot! They actually had one television playing but golf was on, should have just played CNN so called fake news....

The service is extremely fast and friendly. By the time I had filled up my drink and gotten a straw, the food was ready and the employees already had ketchup and napkins in the bag even though I went in to order. Never had this kind of service anywhere else and this will easily bring me back very soon!

Bathroom needed attention, greeting person very pleasant with positive attitude. New Chicken Parmesan, great temperature, looked almost like the menu picture. Could have used a little more sauce and the shaved Parmesan melted a bit more. Otherwise, my fries were hot and my Coke was good!

Terrible! The ONLY reason we came here, is because they have a play area for kids...which, by the way, is NOT air conditioned. The rest of the restaurant is, but our kids are playing in there, they get extremely hot. I wish the food was as warm as the play area! All our food was cold!

Ive tried this BK a few times since it changed owners and each time Ive went theyve severely messed up my orders. Things such as ordering a bacon double cheeseburger, and in the bag is a regular cheeseburger. It seems very consistent in terms of how horrible the order accuracy is.

Food was fine. Service was crap. The man was very rude and answered all of my questions with an attitude. If you dont want to be nice to strangers, dont work in the food service industry. I wont be returning to this restaraunt because that man nearly ruined my day with my son.

Have not been to a Burger King in a long time, was very pleasantly surprised with the customer service. The gentleman who was working was so pleasant, friendly and nice. His politeness was very refreshing, its what most of their competitors a lack nowadays.

The store needs to get its act together, the complete menu board was not working, service was slow, restaurant was dirty, no ice in the soda machine, sweet tea was not working I was told, orange soda was out. Will not visit this store again.

Food served cold. District mgr was in store and called an African American employee "ghetto" . I was very offended and felt bad for her. She replied Im not ghetto. 5 mins later he said he was just joking. This is not appropriate at all.
