Ive lived in brunswick for about a year now and pass sonic almost every day. I finally decided to give it a try and Im very sorry I did. The food was almost inedible after having my order messed up twice. I was very close to working at this location but it ended up not working out and i am so glad it didnt. I have been to other sonics in the past and being a franchise you would think the standards and food would be uniform throughout, but sadly that is not the case. How tough is it to make a burger and french fries? If you stop here you will find out that some just dont get it. Dont waste your money or time, if you do you will be sorry. I would rather get food from a gas station then ever eat there again.

They advertise their ice cream constantly. And it is good...when they freaking have it. Four times in the last month Ive stopped after leaving the airport between 9 and 10 pm (they close at 11) and they have the machine shut off for the night. Ive been stupid enough to think Ill give them another chance more than once. Stupid, stupid, stupid. It doesnt matter what the corporations rules are, these people just shut of the machines for the only good product they have. Avoid this place. If they are run this badly I dont even want to know how well theyre following food safety regulations.

If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would....I ate there today with my husband, because I am a huge fan of the SONIC Franchise. This was the worst experience ever. We waited over an hour for our meal, and then we were served cold gross food. Why the hell were we waiting an entire hour, if the food clearly wasnt fresh. Every customer at this restaurant was complaining! MANAGEMENT MATTERS...this place has horrible service and even more horrible food!

Horrible Service! Waited for over 40 minutes for 5 milkshakes. Horrible service! The worker at the window was very rude. She even had the nerve to try to charge me full price when the signs say half off shakes after 8pm. When asked why they were full price she said because the half price button is broken. I dont recommend that anyone goes to this place. I rather go across the street to steak and shake. Avoid this location! Horrible service!

We just returned from a Texas vacation where our grandkids fell in love with Sonic. They wanted to go again so we went to visit this Sonic in Brunswick, huge mistake. The food took a very long time to be served (wasnt busy) and the food was terrible,. We saw another customer throw his cold food in the trash without eating but a bite. If youre in TX go to Sonic, if youre in Brunswick go anywhere but here!

Every single time Ive come, they manage to screw it all up and serve crappie cardboard for food while the kids that collect paychecks are horsing around inside. Just waited over half an hour for food thats been sitting for what tastes like days then had to have them continue going back and forth to still not have my order right. This branch gives the franchise a horrible name. Theyve ruined sonic for me!

Congratulations to this Sonic. I have never posted a negative online review for anything before now. Horrendous service will make you do that. I will never go back and I will tell people I meet to never go there. Waited 40 minutes for a milkshake that never came even after calling 20 minutes in and having them tell me "oh its ready and itll be out". No apology, no urgency, no more customer.

Very rude and unprofessional. Cant tell you what the food tast like, didnt stay long enough after being treated very rudely just by trying to order food. I took the family to steak and shake a few doors down and got treated much nicer my family was very happy. I will never stop at sonics again or at least the Brunswick store. I will make sure to tell my family and friends this as well.

It was awful! The first burger came out cold. The second came out disgusting. We ordered my son a jumbo chicken popper meal to go. Get home to find 2 orders of fries, and no chicken. I try calling to let someone know, and noone answers the phone, says leave a message, then it says the mailbox is full. Probably because it is full of complaints, and they dont want to be bothered.

We ordered 3 kids meals 2 adult meals. My youngest didnt even get a toy. My hot dog was cold and almost nothing on it. My husbands burger wasnt even the burger he order. His milkshake was nasty. The employ who took the order would start talking to her coworker while my husband was ordering. We will never got back to this sonic. We will stick to the one in canton ohio

I love limeaids, but going here is a major pain. Ive visited on several occasions (drive thru and stall) and every time it takes forever. The one time they forgot about us at our stall (40mins). We keep going back months later hoping it has improved. Sad to say, it hasnt. Still a train wreck. People working there seem to have no clue how to do their jobs.

Very rude workers. I waited patiently for 35 minutes before inquiring as to how much longer my chicken fingers would take. The very stern matter of fact work told me "we are working on it".... 20 minutes later I just pulled away without ever getting my chicken fingers. I got the idea to just leave by watching three cars and a motorcycle before me leave.

Sucks. They never get the order right. Their idea of a Sonic cherry limeade is to throw a cherry into a Sprite. Thats if they dont forget your even there. Sad thing was there where only two other cars there and they forgot about us. After 30 minutes of placing an order and questioning them about it after a 20 minute wait we just pulled out and left.

Terrible service, extremely rude. Zach needs to lose his job or take some serious customer service classes. Weve never been treated so badly. Really disappointed we drove 20 min off our route to get sonic for the first time in 8 months ( they dont have it in out state) to get this garbage and treatment. He also hung up on me twice.

Super disappointed - I ordered a cherry limeade and instead got a Shirley temple. They could have easily told me they were out of limeade but instead, after paying $3, they gave me some cherry flavored sprite. I had the limeade last week so I know what its supposed to look and taste like. Will not be going back to this location!

Not to Good! They had to remake order. Took about a half hour longer than it should have. PB Milkshake had hardly any PB. Also ordered small carmel milkshake paid for medium. Service VERY SLOW!! Forgot cherries and straws for milkshakes. They just didnt seem to have their act together. Total mess ups was 3 times. POOR SERVICE!!!

waited forever for our dang shakes. How long does it take to make 3 shakes. We were the only ones and WAITED almost an hour, finally we were all excited to see our shakes but of course one of the shakes were messed up and had to wait for another one. I literally cried in the parking lol for 20 minutes after.
