Wish I could give it NO STARS!!! This place has the WORST SERVICE I have ever had. An older lady was on the front counter. She obviously had NO IDEA what she was doing. We waited behind one other customer for 15 minutes just to place our order inside. Then she took another 10 minutes before she could even take our order. The man in front of us??? His order came but it was wrong. It was for more than he wanted by ONE piece. They tried to make him pay the difference after he had waited for 25 minutes for it. He didnt have the extra money on him. I stepped in and called for the manager and told him. "Just give this man this order, You owe him an extra piece for waiting so darn long" He did., because the line was now 7 people behind us.The manager had watched all this transpiring and still left her on the front counter. Heads need to roll here. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL Non Service. At least the food was good when we finally got it.

When they actually get the food right its good. Lately our order is always messed up. Today we got a side of coleslaw but when we got home it was a container of pickles. We called up to the store and the lady tried saying it was banana peppers, clearly can tell the different in the two, either way it wasnt coleslaw. Also asked for spicy tenders and got mild. We were the only people there getting food so it wasnt busy.

Terrible dont get in a hurry make sure to cancel all of your appointments and bring your pillow you will be waiting for your food for awhile. Lol they are so slow you can act watch the grass grow outside. Ha ha I would love to give this place a negative 5 but its not a option

I just ordered a carry out of 5 Chicken Tenders with a side of Red Beans/Rice, paying $9.20. Getting home, I discovered the Red Beans/Rice only filled the bottom third of the very small container. Ill think twice before visiting again.

Go someplace else - horrible service. My food was ready but took 5 minutes for personnel to give it to me. Of course when we got back ti hotel - the chicken taste like it was a week old. Go someplace else!!!!

This was my first time at Popeyes and i got horrible service. Cashier (Cheyenne) was rude and spoke to me in a very demeaning manner. I definitely wont be returning to this establishment.

Food is always good but the service is horrible. Just a suggestion Popeyes: if I wait 12 mins for my food, please apologise for the wait! Being considerate goes a long way!

Food came out quick. I asked about their sweet tea and they gave me a cup to try with no charge. I bought the gallon after trying the tea. Great service and will be back.
