The employees were nice, but drive through service was very slow. Food was awful, like the oil wasnt up to temperature, food wasnt drained after being fried, and then left under the heat lamps all day. When I brought my food back, the manager (who might not be the manager anymore) laughed in my face, in the middle of the restaurant in front of her employees and other customers, and mocked me for requesting a refund. Extra crispy, as far as every other KFC is concerned, means extra crispy, not sliding-out-of-your-hands slimy. But according to this manager, "Its cooked in grease sweetie, what do you expect?" (err, no "sweetie" your corporate office, when I called about you, said its soybean oil.) After all that, part of my order wasnt even in the bag, though I was charged for it - but that happens sometimes, and Ill give them the benefit of the doubt on it. Maybe it was a trainees error, or they accidentally put it in someone elses bag. Oh well, it wouldve gotten returned with the rest of it anyways. I even tried to give this place a second chance. Food was the same quality. The KFC in Kanawha City at least cooks the food properly, so on the occasion when I eat KFC at all, I prefer to go the 5 miles out of my way to go there.

No napkins. Told they would substitute a side for the drink, since we didnt want it. The total was even more than expected. When I questioned the price, she said, had to ring up something else. Joke! No receipt after using my debit card. What happened to real buttermilk biscuits. Wow bet the Colonel turned over. Thank God, the mashed was hot.
