Our family is a frequent with Wingstop. I am pleased to say that never a bad experience. The people as well as the food are grade A. I must say, I enjoy the staff. Not one time have I ever visited Wingstop of Spartanburg, the staff greeted me and asked if I needed help to my car. This says a lot about the staff and the morals and kindness of each and every one. On this, I commend you all. Keep up the good work. Thank you.

This is absolutely the best option for wings..hands down! I loved the fact that you could make these extra crispy and divide the quantities of each flavor into how many you wanted. And the homemade rolls...Oh My!!! All the sides were delicious and the family packs are great deals. We placed a huge order and they got everything correct and were so friendly. By far the BEST! Looking forward to many more visits.

Awesome wings. Great management. I ordered wings through the iPhone app and they somehow got confused and made the order way early. The manager/owner went out of his way to make it right for me. The young people that are working there are learning customer service so that isnt always the greatest, but everyone has to learn sometime in life.

Wings were out of this world. Flavors were bold and zesty. Whether you order hot or plain the distinguished taste is there. Would recommend online ordering or call in so you wont have to wait a long time. Fresh food is the way to go. Will go again if Im closer that way. Employees could be more friendly.

You can tell when a restaurant and the food are quality and mean something, when the owner personally gets in and works, buses tables, and talks to customers. The owner, he is a very nice guy. I love too, that they have a glass window into the kitchen. So you see that everything is freshly made.

We always order from wingstop anytime we want good, genuine wings. The staff is always friendly and always has our order right. The price is fair and competitive with others restaurants in in the area. Do expect a wait though - orders take at least 20 minutes and an average of 45 on busy nights.

Most of the time its all good. Sometimes, they take a little long, but because of that I always try to order ahead. Sometimes they forget to make my order extra crispy and sometimes its too oily. Over all, WingStop is the only place Ill eat wings.

Its good if the owner is there. If he isnt the chicken isnt cooked properly, the fries are disgusting, and the wait times are really long. It took 40 minutes to get an order of fries tonight when he wasnt there. Will only order when hes there.

Wings and fries are great but plan on waiting 45 minutes for your food if you dine in. The mango habanero is absolutely amazing. If I could eat one meal before I die it would be the mango habanero boneless with their amazing french fries.

Foods good if you can get them to actually get the order correct. One for three with actually getting my order correct. Its simple chicken wings well done sauce on the side. Seems the simplest things are the hardest to achieve.

Said order would be ready at 5:30 got there at 5:35 paid and had too wait till about 6:00 till the manager asked me if i had been helped yet and my food was sitting on the cart the whole time!!

They were very busy on our last visit, and even though we expected a long wait, the food came out in short order. The food was excellent, even down to the crispiness of the celery.

Wingstop is just awesome! There is not much seating so if they are busy you might have to order to go. The fries are incredible!
