The first chicken sandwich I was given was burnt into a lump of charcoal when I opened the package. Tool it back to the counter, a few moments later they brought another burnt sandwich. Asked to speak to manager, they said they would come to the table to speak with us, never showed, went to eat somewhere else with a $12 lesson learned! Photo is attempt number 2!

Good food, bad traffic. The food is as good as any other Chick-fil-A, and the staff are nice, but the location is terrible for traffic. Situated right next to a busy red light with a drive thru line that never seems to empty completely, getting in and out is a nightmare. Its an otherwise really good restaurant.

Im a repeat customer because no matter how busy, they always seem to have their stuff together. Yes, it gets crazy during the lunch rush, but they still seem to smile and provide great customer service. Weve never had a bad experience here. They really work their backsides off!

The team members are extremely nice and do their best to make your experience personal, which is a lot to be said for a fast food place. The older gentleman that works in the dining room during lunch, Richard, is extremely nice and helpful.

We had a birthday party for a two year old today and I was so pleased with everything! It was the easiest, cheapest and most stress free birthday party I have given. The service was amazing! I want to have every birthday there!

The most run down, and slowest chic fil a Ive ever been to. The staff was rude and got my order wrong, plus no forks or napkins and had to ask for my sauce 4 times. Disappointed. Learn a thing or two from other chic fil as :-)

Great food, the only fast food chain that is the same no matter what state or town you stop at. You can always count on Chick-fil-A to get it right. They are also the cleanest fast food restaurant that I have ever been to.

They left out one of our sandwiches. I called back and told them. The lady on the phone immediately apologized! But heres the kicker, she brought the sandwich to me!! Now that is CUSTOMER SERVICE at its best!!

It was god awful. They continuously gave me terrible attitudes and never came to offer a refill. I had too ask for my sauce 4 separate times, and they gave me the wrong drink. I am FED UP with this Chick-Fil-A.

Chick-fil-A usually is a place that has great food. It is on the expensive side, though. The Chick-fil-A people that work there will bug you if you sit around awhile. Overall, it is a pretty good restaurant.
