Ate inside. Crew didnt seem together. Drive thru guy didnt have any customers and was just leaning against his register not helping coworkers out. He looked bored. I asked for green beens for my side. Was given cole slaw. Went to counter to exchange. Was craving Mug Root Beer for my drink, but the syrup was out in the dispenser and I was told the only person there that knew how to change it was cooking and had no time to change it out. So I had their fruit punch drink. It had no sweetness to it at all and tasted watered down. I didnt waste my time to go back to the counter to tell them so I dumped what was left in my cup and got a lemon lime soda of some sort but I did not like it. Its not what I wanted to start with. And cinnamon apple pie did not taste the way I remember that I always liked. It was kind of doughy and not crispy at all. I think Im done going to that Popeyes in the future. Spent $8 for my meal and left feeling very unsatisfied. Will go to KFC next time.

This has to be the worst Popeyes EVER! If I could give half and star I would. Absolutely piss-poor customer service and extremely slow service. After ordering through the Drive-thru Window, I was told my food would be ready in 5mins. Once they realize my order would take much longer, (mind you, it was as 12piece and #4) the girl at the window who looked strung-out on drugs, told me to park my car, and they would bring it to me shortly. After sitting in the parking lot for over 30mins, I walk inside asking questions concerning my order. The flamboyant gentleman at the front register assured me my food was next and would be fresh. I spent another 10mins roughly waiting till finally my food was ready. I spent almost an hour for a 12 piece and #4. Never again shall I return.

Probably the most racist experience Ive ever had... the ladies behind the counter obviously didnt like us from the moment we walked in, the gentlemen who ordered behind us received his impressively large Togo order before they even bothered putting together our 5 piece combo with and extra side of coleslaw which was cold when we ate it :( they scowled me when I asked for silverware and acted like they had no idea what I was asking for until I asked for a fork instead. Maybe get more educated considerate people working in your establishments and you might get more business:)

Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 - 10 piece chicken meals for my crew for lunch...asked drive thru clerk for plates and silverware and was told "No Problem".....Got all the way back to work....Opened up the backs to set everything up for my crew and there was NO plates and NO silverware.... This is SO bad as we had to use the lids off the boxes to eat....Thank God we had some plastic forks laying around... Bad Service....Totally Bad service

My chicken was cold and I was on my way to work they didnt have much chicken at all no breast my red beans and rice was even warm and wasnt much in the container my biscuit was hard and they were nice but I couldnt go back up there to get it corrected

Great food if i could ever get what i ordered itd be a grwat place to eat. Ive been to this location a few times now and my order has never been right gets kinda aggravating after a while i finally just gave up on them
