They seated my family of 5 in the corner at a round table next to another family at a table of the same size. She was pulling chairs form other tables as those people were trying to enjoy their meals. One person at the table next to us was actually setting at our table backwards as she sat at her table forward. She was separating my wife and daughter because she was sitting in-between them? After I complained and tried to leave to go somewhere else. They asked kindly for us to stay. They offer us a more suitable table with plenty of room. So we ordered and then a party of 20 came in. We waited and waited, the party of 20 was served as eating their meals. My 16 month old was watching everyone around him eating but not him. So I decided that it was enough and explained to the server that, this was once my favorite place to go out to. I have always chosen the restaurant over the many choices in our area. Over the last 3-5 visits my opinion has really changed. Just over 2 years ago I began noticing that they stopped cleaning the filthy dust off of some items that hang along the upper walls. This was still there as of 9/25/15 "my last experience date" I have over looked this because " it was my favorite place to go" I explained that we will pay for the order but we will not be staying at the table any long and to box it to go. On the way out 6 workers were next to the front door. I stopped and pointed out the filthy stuff lingering around. This stuff has been there longer than any of the people working there now. I know that because I have been a patron of the location for many years. They looked stunned! After leaving, My family and I continued north on Tiedeman Rd. We went to the park located at Tiedeman and Memphis Ave to locate a picnic table to eat. My bay boy was crying he was so hungry by this time. Now we were outside and it was almost dark. The mosquitoes were ferociously hungy too. I proceeded to open the styrofoam container which to my surprise there was the steak and memphis ribs bathing in 1/4 to 1/2 inch of grease. I have never had such a terrible experience with any restaurant. Yes, if anyone is wondering? I did take photos of my food and of my food with the receipt. The receipt that they at first didnt want to give me. This will be my last visit to this location in my life time.

Just got home from a disappointing night out. I suggested that me, my boyfriend, and his mom go to TGIFridays. My boyfriend got the Dragonfire Salmon with potstickers as his appetizer. His mom got a steak and mashed potatoes with spinach & artichoke dip. I ordered the spinach flatbread and the Bruschetta Chicken Pasta (my fave dish there). The flatbread was ok. His mom wasnt served her dip at first, they brought her a flatbread like mine (mistake). When my pasta arrived, it was cold, the chicken was dry, the dish was missing components, and overall it was bland. Ive been ordering this dish for yrs (since back when it came in a giant bowl with a piece of garlic bread)... and this plate didnt have one single shred of garlic on it! No sauteed garlic in the Bruschetta? No garlic??? Ummm... It tasted like cold, dry cardboard and tomato. I sent it back and told the server why. Its cold and tastes bad due to the lack of garlic/presence of dry chicken, and guess what? After 15mins of watching everyone at my table eat... I got my dish (the same freaking food I sent back!!!!) I had the SAME dry chicken and I could tell because I cut one of the pieces in half and there it was with a now crispier feel!! There was still NO garlic on my plate! Now it had returned a bit greasy and maybe thats because they just reheated my food and brought it back out to me! I told the waiter and he suggested bringing me a side of garlic... Really? omg SO terrible. I doubt that I will return to this location because it was bad and nothing got corrected. I dont remember my servers name but he was tall and had dark hair, glasses, and thick eyebrows. I think his name could have been Sam or Max or something, but it doesnt matter because the cooks REALLY dropped the ball the hardest and this was just awful.

I will never return to this location. I would suggest going to an Applebees for half price appetizers instead. The endless apps were not explained very well to the point we were left with an assumption that if everyone orders something we can all share. We all order something and my one friend who wasnt going to order anything orders something on the basis that she would be able to eat the apps. She also thought it was funny because what would they do? Would they slap it out of her hand? So she asked the waiter and he said he would tell them or have the manager come over and charge them. The service was slow but it wasnt terrible. When we got the check we were surprised to see an extra 2 charges on the receipt. So I asked the waiter why we were charged and he said it was because we shared. This took me by surprise because the entire time I believed because we all ordered something we were allowed to share and not once did the waiter ask us to stop, mention it to us, or have a manager come over. I shared my confusion with the waiter and he told us he could bring his manager over. She arrived and I explained the situation, yet she didnt listen to our side and said it wasnt something the waiter would do. In the end she only took off one of the charges and we were still charged the other. It was a hassle and at that point I was angry and just wanted to leave the establishment so we paid the extra charges. I would suggest never eating here and just go to a different resturant because I know for sure that will never step foot in there again and Ill be sure to rant about my experience to other people I know.

I love this TGI Fridays. As a chef for the past 15 years I critique every aspect of the food industry when Im being served and my phone. Theres a gentleman who is a server by the name of Seth. Absolutely one of the best servers Ive ever encountered. I specifically request to sit in his section and be served by him. In a perfect world no customer should have to request the server they should be equally happy everywhere. This is obviously not the case. Ive eaten at almost every level restaurant in our area. All of the service is at best mediocre. With said hes very friendly very happy and upbeat he will get our order right correctly every time. And is very friendly with our daughter makes her laugh and smile. From both angles of the food industry as a customer as well as a professional chef I would be happy at just about any restaurant with the server like him but by far he is probably one of the best servers in this area if not the best and is the best of that TGI Fridays. I do not really know Seth other than he is a server and previously worked in the back of house. But I appreciate his dedication to his customers and to his customer service Ill return every Friday night as long as I keep receiving the same service. I suggest if you go there request to see him.
