I want to start this off by saying that I worked at a different Panera Bread for years and really enjoyed my experience there. I worked making sandwiches, beverages, and keeping the dining room neat and clean. It was absolutely imperative that I looked my best and greeted people with a smile. That is to say that this review is not just coming from a customer, but also someone who knows how these restaurants are supposed to be operated. I was held to a much, much higher standard than the staff at this store is. Some of what I see at this store is just plain disgusting. I have been coming here since it was first bult and I have watched it get progressively worse. There are at least three or four people working in the dining room on a fairly consistent basis that always wear wear wrinkled, dirty shirts and aprons. A lot of the men do not shave. Facial hair isnt a bad thing if it is neatly trimmed and groomed, but its honestly gross and dirty looking. Oily hair, dirty fingernails, shirts untucked, and an apparent inability to smile and say hello. Its one thing if your employees smell bad and look like they dont care about their appearance at all, but they are also very rude and awkward. I had one of the dining room employees forget to bring me all of my food today, and when she came back she got very close to my face and started complaining to me about how all of the people in the back are drunk and stoned. Im sorry, but thats just unacceptable. First of all, if an employee is inebriated then they need to be sent home. Second of all, as a customer I should never be subjected to such an awkward situation. Why did she feel the need to tell me this? I literally did nothing to warrant that interaction. I just wanted to eat my soup in peace. I feel like my personal space and comfort were not a priority to this person at all. There were so many dishes piled up at the trash can that it took a cart and several people to take them all back to the back room. Buckets of dirty water and soiled rags that are supposed to be used to clean tables and then put out of sight are just laying around near the beverage station of all places (right next to the fresh sliced lemons, might I add). One time a dining room boy came out and gave coupons to all of the attractive college girls in the dining room after flirting with them, but he ignored many customers who I see on a regular basis. I was lucky enough to receive one, but nobody else at my table was. Thats just downright unfair. These are just a couple of examples of the many bad experiences I have had there. I want to keep going to this store because I love Panera and its in such a great location. I love the food and it brings back so many happy memories for me. I dont know if I can keep going to that restaurant. I lost my appetite before I could even eat my sandwich and I couldnt get out of there faster. If the management sees this I sincerely hope you will consider speaking with your staff and making an honest effort to improve their approach with customers. Clean hair. Clean clothes. Smile. Be polite. Keep things neat and tidy. It isnt hard, its just common courtesy and common sense in the restaurant world.

Sehr gutes Essen. Getränke sind natürlich refill. Gehe gerne öfters dorthin. Man kann am Tablet sein essen selbst gestalten wie man möchte. Ist natürlich ein Vorteil wenn man die Sprache nicht hundertprozentig spricht.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING, hair found baked into the pastry. manager didnt even seem sorry and offered me another pastry in return. why on earth would i want another one of those nasty things? this panera is awful!!! not worth going to. just travel the extra miles to the farther one. just awful! and not to mention the bugs in the womens restroom and flying around you while you are eating. poor excuse for a restaurant.

I have been going to this Panera for a while now and it was always great but my last few visits have been a joke. There is something always missing, the food is cold, or my sandwiches look like the one in the picture. Also, one time I waited like 20 min for an order I placed 30 min in advance.

Ive ordered delivery twice and they have gotten lost or just end up being late. Today they charged my card wrong, instead of ringing up meals, every item was charged separately. Instead of getting the money back, they gave me meal vouchers. Im done with Panera.
