Experience is good but but but .... I after 4 visits at this location have yet to get reward points on my card. I complained I can prove I was there but no one wants to look into if servers are stealing reward points. Further they can see I was there because coupons sent to me via email were used. Still to today I have 0 points. Last time I was at fridays I made a BIG conversation with server about points. He took my phone and swore I would get the points. Until Fridays addresses this issue and contacts me i will not return. My wife and I eat out more then we eat at home and we love loyalty programs but this one doesnt work here !!!! Beware

ONLY waited 2mins on a friday at 8pm! Food was GREAT! quiet flavorful! I had a large size cob salad and it came out with a very nice sized piece of chicken with this Maranade that was to die for!! it was drizzled Ive the perfectly cooked chicken (Im SUPER picky on my chicken!) the balsamic dressing was one of the best dressings Ive ever had! Top 2actually! Service was phenomenal! Still thinking about the salad! they have very good drink specials too!! for my fiance and I to both have a drink and bigger sized meals, which filled me up Perfectly, it was 31$. not bad around here! especially the real wait in a Friday night!! good job guys!

We had the displeasure of dining, where at one time, was a pleasure. First it took ten months minutes for a server to come for our drink orders. We both ordered a bowl sf soup, after another ten minutes the server appeared with a bowl of soup that was only a quarter full. She said my wife could get hers in about eight minutes. She cancelled hers. I asked if this was a bowl or cup which drew an, "I dont know". I sent it back, it was not a $5.00 portion. Our food was dry and unetable. By the way, I am a chef and will not return.

Marginal at best... Sat right down!! 9 minuets later they took our drink orders and returned with menus. 11 more minuets later they took our food orders... 27 minuets later our food arrived Luke warm would be a proper description.. Full rack of ribs was 7 bones... seamed short to me VS other local spots at 10-12+ Take in mind There was only like 6 tables total They WERE NOT busy However most employees seamed focused on the TV behind the bar Tip reflects services rendered...

Food was horrible... Steak tasted old and was dry. Manager customer service was horrible he was rude. I asked him could he turn the heat up because it was freezing cold he walked away never turned the heat up so i had to eat with my coat on (which i only took a few bites and left) this place is horrible and disgusting period.....

The food is always great at Fridays and our service is always good there were a couple problems with our food but they were fixed and prepared to our liking...my husband and i go to Fridays 1 time per week and it is our family restaurant. Overall they did a good job i would definitely recommend family and friends!!!

Order to go food at 60 dollars at a time 2 days in a row. First day they forgot to add my shrimp I ordered, second day the didnt add ketchup, mayo and messed my burger up completely also order desert and said the brownies were warm but when I got them they were ice cold. . Never will go to a TGIF again.

Gd aweful. The appetizers are to small and almost ten dollars. The flavor is bland. I can make better food at home. The service is horrible, it took 30 minutes to get a burger and the place was empty. The prices are ridiculous. Terrible place to eat. Go elsewhere. I will never go there again.

Always get great service, awesome bartenders,friendly staff and management, great food, great environment (HDTVs in bar and many others around the restaurant, great for watching the Sunday game or any other sporting event.) Great job, definitely planning on making it our regular spot.

We went here because we got a small book of coupons in the mail. The food was honestly pathetic, unflavorful, poorly prepared and over priced for what it was. I could have made our dishes way better at home. I wont be using the other coupons. Our hostess was very nice, though.

Really enjoy the restaurant. Good menu choices, typically excellent and attentive service. Clean, good food, nice atmosphere whether seated in regular dining or in the sports bar area. Enjoyable environment and conducive to good times and family friendly.

Bartender Christina is a hoot !! She always gives us the best service and a great conversation. The food is always delicious as well. Even if (which they rarely do) mess our order up they fix it in a mater of minutes. Definitely a go to joint.

Service was awful and the food was not worth waiting an hour for. Saw people leave because of the service. The manager was oblivious of the situation. And dont ask for mustard you wont get it. Enjoy the ketchup and be glad its on the table.

Husband and I ordered chicken which was raw. Fries tasted like they were cooked a month ago. Ceaser salad was very spicy. Took over an hr to receive food that we couldnt even eat. Place was dead which is the first sign of NASTY!!!!

It wasnt bad but wasnt good either, waiters and waitresses were fine but the food was not that good, fish was unseasoned and got this sauce that was too sweet for my taste, probably be a while me and my girlfriend eat there

My friend and I ordered dinner to go and the PB& J wings were horrible. Even though I had never had them, they were nothing like the description. My fries were not seasoned, but my onion soup was great

I love Fridays. Great food. Prices are comparable to places like Applebees, Olive Garden, and other places like that. Excellent service. Its one of my favorite places to eat.
