My family a party of 7 went here on a friday night to enjoy a nice time out. Well forget it. We get there and one of us go to the bar while waiting and get a drink. So then after we are seated the same person order another drink the first drink still in hand. And then my husband ordered 2 drinks as well, before dinner came. Well after the waiter gave them a hard time about the IDs, they told us that only one drink was allowed on the table per ID. So after we argued with him saying they wanted to drink before they ate, he acts like he was going to get our drinks and does nothing but send the RUDE manager out to the table to only tell us we were allowed to only have one drink per ID. Because they do not wanna loose their liquor license. Mind you they are well over 21. So needless to say after the coward waiter went and got his over confident manager we left and they missed out on a great bill. So that was our first and absolutely our last trip to TGI fridays!

Went for lunch today while shopping Bell Tower shops. Ordered burgers cooked medium. They came to our table raw!! Not wanting to wait again for another order, we opted to just get our bill & go thinking they would just credit the bill for burgers, only charging for beers and tea. Bill came & waitress said manager was giving us 20℅ off!! Really!! We did end up getting total adjustment for raw burgers. The worst part of the experience was that at no time did manager come to our table to apologize!! To me, thats very poor customer service at best. Shame on that manager!! Customer service goes along ways. Had he done that & not try to screw us over by offering just 20% off, wed still come back there. Thats not going to happen though Ill gurantee you that!! Better training for your managers Corporate!!!!

Well folks I had my freebie of a Vets meal. Free is always 5 stars but the food is another question. As usual the good first. Tiffany my server was excellent. The choices were the best on Vet day. I picked the french dip. It was good but not as good as, Phillipe where it originated in Los Angles,CA.. It was created by a LAPD officer 60 years ago. Phillipe raised the price of coffee from 10 cents to 50 cents 2 year ago The quality of meat was good. I did not like the horseradish sauce on it though. The au jus was on the thick side, a bit salty & sweet. There were mushrooms in it. In the original recipe no mushrooms. Overall good and a bit messy. The french fries were wonderful. Will I come back YES over all a great place.

We had a slight miscommunication and an appetizer that wasnt in our bags on a pick up order. I called to speak with. Manager and luckily was introduced to the lovely bar manager tracey. This woman was amazing she fixed my order and added 6 free items of my choice for the hassle. Im not one to obsess over simple mistakes so i was only concerned with the missing items i know how busy a restraunt can get and dealing with in house and to go people who can be demanding can be rough. This woman was friendly funny and generous. I would go back 10 times over just for the confidence that this woman would be in the backround assuring things were done right & actually cared for her customers.

I called in a pick up order and was told it would approximately be 15-20 minutes. I showed up in around 10 minutes and paid at the bar. I get the food and get back to the car very disappointed in the quantity and temperature of food that should have seemed fresh. For a meal over $10, I would expect to be pleased with the outcome. I emailed corporate who emailed back with a standard email who did not seem to care that their quality of food and service is declining. They made no effort to make this situation right. This isnt the first or second time I have been displeased with this location and honestly will go to the one in Port Charlotte if I ever return to a TGI Fridays.

I had not been to a TGIs in years, but no excuse for the service here. Meal wrong 3 times by Lisa at bar, low class patrons and horrible atmosphere. Stan the manager made it right by comping my bill, but the bartender Lisa was irritated I complained. This place was a half-step above Dennys, although I have never received service this bad from Dennys. It was walking distance to my hotel, so I should have gone elsewhere. I will never visit another TGIs as long as I live. Only go here if you like a very low rent clientele and sketchy employees. Trailer park TGI.

Havent been here in a while and couldnt remember why. Now I do. It has really gone down hill. There was a faint musty smell throughout the restaurant, most of the ceiling tiles were stained and the mens restroom stunk. There wasnt trash seen, there was nothing on the floor but it just stunk. Similar to what is smelled in the dining area, but much stronger. The food was just OK, nothing special. The burger had virtually no flavor and it seemed like they are using a lower grade quality beef. Probably wont be back until the make over the place.

Sat outside for over 20 minutes with menu but no drink or service. One waiter for outside seating took him the 20 minutes just get their drink order out to them in the mean time he could have taken our dinner order and got our sodas. One waitress came out and brought a drink to a single girl sitting by herself and just looked at us and walked away. Very disappointing we left and went to Longhorns better food and service anyway. Unfortunately this isnt the only bad experience weve had here but it will be our last thats for sure.

Have been a stripes member for years. Went to Fridays in Fort Myers today. Bad experience. First of all I tried to lot on to my stipes account and the ap was in German. I tried to change it but it kept going back to German. Wouldnt let me login. Kept giving me an "invalid email" message. Other problem - music way too loud!!!! A station for twenty somethings. Hated it. Drove us out quickly and not sure well go back. Might be losing a long time customer. Oh, and food was so so.

Great food but, their service is terribke the server argud with me when I asked for the checking if there is a problem and I told them there is and I asked for a manager and continued to get argued with and the amanger walked me out told me to be to return. I have been going here for over 10 years and beer had a issue till now. Do not recommend for any time at night during the week the manager doesnt than any customer service at all and neither does his staff.

They are having an experiment or whatever you want to call it, but theres a visiting raccoon (a live one) in the restaurant (not on the patio). Just the thought of the hair, feces or whatever is enough to curb my appetite. This is the TGIF at Bell Tower Shoppes on US 41. Manager is okay with this as its a recurring visitor with all its papers. Bring your friends (ducks, chickens, hogs etc...) for unlimited apps!
