I over heard what appeared to be the head manager of this establishment making fun of one of her employees for having a lazy eye claiming it was "bugging" her. That is extremely rude and no one who has a position like that and is willing to say something like that to one of their employees should stay employed there, let alone managing them. Did she not see me or something, or did she simply just think no one would hear her say that? I truly believe she owes that employee an apology or to reprimanded of some sort. I would never wanna work there or God forbid I have a question is she going to insult me? I could only imagine what she says behind closed doors. That is extremely rude. I manage a restaurant and i have fired people for much less. And just so there is no confusion as to which manager is I remember it was Erin or something like that. She said this in front of other employees which is very embarrassing. I am not pleased That is very unprofessional and I do not believe someone like That can even run an establishment of That sort. I will not be back if she is there. That is very ridiculous and I do hope to hear from you about this.

Now, if youve never been, dont expect McDonalds. Its a soup and sandwich world, prices being reasonable as well ($4-$10 per person, depending on your appetite). That being said, if youre a regular disciple of Panera and have never darkened this particular locations door, then please do. Great staff, spacious dining, and even a cozy little separate room in the back f you care to have a group meeting. The young Professionals group form my church had a Bible study there, actually, and it was great. As a side note, if you do reserve the party room, make sure the trash is emptied. At the above mentioned get together, there seemed to be a lingering fragrance in the air, which upon further investigation was determined to be a diaper in the waste bin, haha. Just FYI.

I visit this place almost daily for my coffee and bagel because its next to my office. I hate to say but these guys are very inconsistent, some time good some time bad and that always depend on the person who is their on register or duty manager. Like this morning it was not at all crowded but still they are out of Hazelnut coffee and told me to wait for 5 min. Who the heck gonna wait for a coffee paying $1.89 and waiting 5 mins? On a previous occasion the same thing happened but that time the manager filled my cup directly from brewing area. So I wont give 1 neither I give them 4 or 5. They need to work on few things. The only reason they get customer is because the prime location.

The food is food but extremely expensive. The place is kinda clean. They wipe the tables off w/only a wet rag, no Windex, or discernable soap. The restrooms are kinda OK. Ive been in worse. they always have paper! : ) I just wish that they would use some sort of actual cleaner on the tables and chairs. They just dont seem to take CLEAN and NOT spreading germs very seriously. We always have to ASK someone to clean a table off for us. But theres always a place for us to have our Bible study, so thats why we continue to come! : ) However, as Ive said before, the food is prohibitively expensive so we just get coffee!.

Soup was great the best in a while ..... As for the sandwiches they sucked the steak and arugula was soggy from the pickled onions and such a small portion a 3 year old would still be hungry pathetic. My wifes turkey and kale panini was Groose to say the least. One leaf of kale? And tu r key that tasted old and gamey. We have been loyal customers for years but lately panara has gone down hill.

I went into panera and i ordered food, it was really good, the service was good, but everytime i come in there, there is only one person on the line while theres a few other associates talking and not helping. When im there its usually rush and to see that is ridiculous. Schedule more people to make food, i know how it is working by yourself during rush, it gets stressful.

Great service and the best Turkey Bacon Bravo I have had in a while!!! Yummy....also, its no secret Panera is going to be a little pricey, why give a 3 to a place that doesnt kick you and your Bible study out after only getting coffee and sitting for hours? If you just want coffee, then why waste the space for people who actually want to eat? Seems selfish.

Very inconsistent with efficiency and timeliness. I work for a rather large business in Cleveland and we have ordered from THIS Panera a few times. They ALWAYS forget someones order, theyre always rude at the register and they never apologize for THEIR mistakes after you bring it to their attention. The food, however, is very tasty and fresh.

Ordered a bagel pack and no one started to put it together until I flagged down a worker making coffee. Several people came in after me and left with bagels and I was still waiting. Manager went in the back to make more bagels. No one paid attention to the fact I was still standing there. Will never come back, terrible customer service

Always helpful with very good service. When asked about preference on breakfast sandwiches I feel I was given an honest answer and I went with her suggestion and found a new favorite! Lots of other Paneras are normally sold out of my daughters favorite (4 cheese quiche) and this location always has them hot and fresh!

Fast service, really good food, its just not cheap. Good location though, its right next to my gym so I can enjoy a nice bowl of broccoli cheddar after my workout. But I like how you can order ahead and not have to wait. Good sandwiches also. If you go, I definitely recommend getting one of their sandwiches.

The service at this place is not the best. They lack of carefulness. I ordered a Lentil Quinoa Bowl and I received Noodles with chicken. I realized of this mistake after i arrived home. The worst is that, i spoke to the Manager and he didnt even apologize. However, the food is great.

My order was delicious and accurate. Got an asiago bagel sandwich. The bacon was perfectly crisp and whole strips unlike other ones Ive been to. The cheese was melty and the egg was cooked all the way through but not overcooked. The people were friendly too!

Location was out of stock of nearly everything even soups that showed available in the app. Cookie was burnt, soup bowl was half full, lettuce was wilted, and the bread tasted off.

The food was great. But, holy crap was this place dirty. Food, napkins and silverware was on the floor. Only found in clean table to sit at and I had to wipe down the table myself.
