I stopped coming to this location because they could never get my order right. Until today I wanted their breakfast I tried ordering through the app in the middle of my order the app shut down and when I went back to redo my order it would not let me order breakfast because it was 10:30. It was only 3 minutes past 10:30 when I called to see if they could still make my order. I explained what had happened to the manager I spoke to. She denied my order when I asked why she stated "because its 3 minutes past the time they stop serving breakfast and theyre not supposed to SELL it anymore." OK so heres my problem with that answer coming from a manager 1) you have to ability as a manager to do right by the customer 2) i could understand if they shut all the stuff down to make breakfast and maybe if I tried ordering 10 minutes + after theyre designated selling time 3) you denied a paying customer by fault of the app regardless if you have control over the app or not you still represent chickfila as a whole and try to fix the mistake to the best of your ability. All in all, learn the meaning of customer service because 3 minutes shouldnt matter if you have an upset customer. So you lost money and a customer forever!

The car line is always super long but they recently remodeled to try to accommodate the line. My experiences here have been hit or miss. I ordered online with the app once and it went horribly, went inside to try to sort things out and was told by the worker the app was useless (after standing in line for 30 minutes for food that should have already been made and wasnt.) They sometimes forget to give you condiments that they specifically ask you if you want. If I am headed to Winter Garden I will hold out to order from that location, service is always great there and their staff is amazing. Update: after a suggestion from another mom to try the app again I have and it was an awesome experience. The car line was wrapped around the building both lines were full, I took maybe three minutes to place my order on the app and within five minutes I had my food at the car.

Since the renovation was completed a few months ago, I have had a terrible experience each time I have visited. Without fail, the order is always wrong, and the drive through experience is somehow worse than it was before. When we dine in, the problems can be fixed but we are usually in the drive through on the way home and dont notice things are not correct until we get home. It appears that no training took place with the staff while the restaurant was closed. They seem to know less and are less helpful than before. Meanwhile, the renovation did nothing to expand the dining room area or bathrooms. Two stalls in a restaurant this well traveled and there is almost always a wait. As much as we love chick fil a as a family, I wont be able to visit this one until some improvements to the quality of service.

This is my first bad experience at a Chikfila. This chikfila was awful. Rude employees at the drive thru(the young lady dropped all the change on the ground and rolled her eyes as if it was our fault), wrong drink, missing toy in one of the kids meals, a sandwich that looked like it fell on the ground and was picked up and put back together and missing requested sauces. The line was ridiculous, as they typically always are at chikfila, however this location is unable to handle the load. Perhaps they need to spend some time at the Ocoee location to see how a chikfila is properly operated. I hope management reads these reviews and gets a handle on this location before it gets any worse (if thats possible). Little less eye roll and more "my pleasure" next time please! Thanks!!

Parking lot is terrible. Since the remodel the line doesnt wrap around like it used to, however its a gamble as to which lane you choose. You can easily get behind someone who takes a long time to order while people who show up after continue to pass you by. Also, the east side of the building has cones separating the parking and thru lanes but its not really wide enough to accommodate two separate lanes. If you park on that side and people park beside you, you can hardly maneuver out with the limited space provided unless your driving a small car. Service and food are still great but compared to other locations lot size is tiny while serving as many or more people as any other.

The staff here was absolutely incredible. Even with cars lining up around the building (just to park!) at peak lunch hour, the staff was still smiling and helpful, the cashier delivered our tray to our table and there was the sweetest gentleman cleaning up after people and handing out mints and hand wipes to those who were finishing eating. Very impressed with the customer service at this location. And of course the food was fantastic, as always.

This Chick-fil-a offers the typical tasty chicken menu. The staff is friendly and helpful. This location is also typically swamped. The drive through is often wrapped around the building, making parking difficult. Youre often waiting in the drive through line even if youre not driving through.

Ordered two spicy deluxe sandwiches. 1 a meal 1 just the sandwich. Gave me a club sandwich in replace of one of those. Didnt give me a spoon for my parfait. For one of the meals got half a serving of fries. Very disappointed. I have never had a mess up with orders at chick fil a before.

This is one of the best run Chick-fil-A Ive ever eaten at. Always clean fast, accurate and polite service. I eat lunch here several times a week. Best sandwich is Spicy Chicken Deluxe in my opinion. Great chicken biscuit for breakfast, cheaper and tastier than McDonalds.

Service is always top notch at this Chick Fil A. Expect long lines at the breakfast rush and at lunch. They still get through everyone very quickly though. Park outside of the lot since people waiting for the drive thru can block you in.

How do you not love Chick-fil-A. The food is great and the customer service is always top notch. However since the remodel the restaurant has a more industrial feel and has lost the home town welcoming feel it used to have.

I gotta give it to these guys. For the lines to be so long and crowded, you gst your food pretty quick and the workers are always kind and respectful. Other restaurants could learn a thing or two from Chick fil-a.

This location was just remodeled and it looks amazing inside. The food is always great and the service is top notch. The lines are always long BUT it is always fast. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Its all good.

Holy cheese! The line here often wraps around the building twice! Busiest fast food restaurant Ive ever seen anywhere. Yet I still eat here at least four times a week, so theyre doing something right.
