There are a lot of food choices within the Pine Island-DelPrado area but for me Chick-fil-A is the big winner. Simply and importantly, the food is excellent and consistent be it the chicken breakfast burrito with salsa or the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich and side salad with the lime ranch dressing an dried red pepper croutons. The nicely sized chicken breast in the sandwich is zesty and tasty fried in peanut oil (vs who knows what at the other fast food franchises). Add to that the friendly, helpful and well trained employees and a restaurant that is always spotless ( Jeez, the ketchup packs and creamers are stacked in order) and this place is the big winner.

I love this place. I usually have no issues when walking in. Went through the drive through for the first time. Alyssa took my order. Sounds extremely fake, was rude, didnt awknowledge my existance when I got to the window other than to tender my money, and left my order waiting. I heard her speaking poorly about other employees and where they were. Elena was super helpful. Noticed I was sitting there and took care of my order in my drink right away. Having worked in fast food, I understand bad and stressful days. But at least be nice to the people coming through that are nice to you. Also, just a tip: dont speak about employees when the window is open.

About 2 weeks ago I was coming home from the airport tired and hungry.We go thru the drive-thru order dinner only to get home and find out were missing two sandwiches. I live 10 miles from this location so obviously was not turning around and going back. Spoke to the manager she says I can come in and get my sandwiches at another date. Not exactly compensated for the trouble of them forgetting my order however I just go in there I only want one of the two sandwiches because its just me and Im told I have to take them both or lose my money. Way to go Chick-fil-A will never eat there again

Hi, its 8:00pm, slightly raining, Thursday, Sept. 7th. My husband just tried to get dinner for our family of 6. They are Closed ! A girl standing outside told my husband they were closing early due to the Weather? ... The Hurricane isnt expected for 2 days, I dont understand why they need to close early so far in advance. Sooo, if the weather is raining slightly you may want to call ahead, being that this same thing happened to us at the same store on Sunday (6 days before hurricane is do to arrive) Im pretty sure theyll take any excuse to leave early. So Call ahead and Good Luck

Friendly, accurate,fresh choices. Chick fila a uses whole meat chicken breast, peanut oil for frying. They have a super foods salad with kale and cherries that really packs a punch. Fresh squeezed lemonade. Indoor playground. They offer little extras like purell wipes, paper bibs, and placemats for little ones. The bathrooms are clean, they put out fresh flowers, and the employees are far more pleasant than any other fast food restaurant. My egg white chicken breast on an English muffin was very satisfying, juicy, and fresh.

I stopped by this store and it was around 8 oclock, the food was cold, the fries, i wasnt confortable enough to eat, the chicken sandwhich definately wasnt very pleasing. im going to go back and ask for an exchange. they were friendly when i ordered the food, ive been there once before and yes they are friendly, i just think they should make sure they serve fresh food.

The service was absolutely perfect. The staff had amazing attitudes and even gave my party of two a third drink when we had accidentally ordered the wrong soft drink. The food felt like they really took time and put effort into making sure the taste was right on par with upscaled restaurants, with an irresistibly affordable price.

I go to the Pine Island location about once a week. I am pregnant, in my third trimester. From my experience, the staff is always so friendly. They seem to always be busy, but I never wait very long to get served. So far I had only one issue that was taken care of immediately and without question. Very pleased with this location.

I bought a gallon of sweet tea and a large sweet tea and when I got home realized that it was old. When I called the store not only did they really care that i was not satisfied they offered to bring the tea to me. OMG Usually people dont care much less willing to go out of theyre way. The food was great as usual?

Every time i go here im shocked at how fast they serve my food. I usually am placing a few orders for my co-workers and they have my first orders ready before i can finish putting in the last one. O and they have the BEST fast food chicken sandwich ive ever had. (Spicy #2 is my favorite)

What can I say about this Cape Coral location, same excellent customer service as the Fort Myers place. I enjoy this eatery because is such an iconic place that the more you come here, the better you feel (is the food & the staff). Thank you Staff for treating everyone with respect.

Favorite fast food place. Staff behaves like they run a sit down restaurant, keeping the place clean, bringing our food to us, asking wed like anything elae, free refills. I would tip them if they accepted tips, because the staff deserves tips. Food is always good too.

I placed an order for an office lunch the day before and arrived about twenty minutes early. The crew at Chic Fil a was on it and had me out the door within minutes of my arrival. Always great food and the best service!

I went in once for free coffee month. The store is clean, and appeared to have decent topping/condiment choices. The service was great, and the manager (I think she was the manager.) working at that time was hot.

Normally good. Today no bueno...paid $14 for cool wrap and upgraded side of yogurt parfait. No spoon no napkins. I paid $14 and couldnt eat the parfait and had dirty face and hands! Wake up people

Great staff. Very friendly. Fast service. Very clean (bathrooms, too). Only complaint sometimes there are flies inside but I think that is attributed to the fresh live flowers on each table.
