Im going to have to mirror what a lot of the other reviews have said. Delivery time is outrageous. Ordered at 7:45pm, estimated delivery 8:45pm. Were only 2.1 miles away from the restaurant. Called twice and just told its on its way. Second time we called they just put my fiance on hold (not really on hold though, just put the phone down and helped everyone else but us). He ended up hanging up. I contacted Grubhub because thats how we ordered and they called the restaurant. Per the restaurant, theyre super busy (on a Thursday night well past dinner time) and turns out the order just left at 9:45pm!!!!! What the sh&%?! Luckily, Grubhub made it right and gave me freegrub (props to Grubhub! Theyre awesome and shouldnt have to fix the mistakes of the restaurant but they did!). So now, its 10:00pm, still no food and I just got a text that they were out of one of the items I ordered. They likely just forgot about it and said they were out. We just want to go to bed. Dont even want to food now. Its 10:00pm. $50.00 order plus a delivery fee and tip for the delivery guy. Never again! Sad because I ordered once before and it was great! If I could give negative stars.....

THEIR SERVICE IS THE WORST!! first off id like to say that SOME of the pizza is good depending on the day but I used to tell everyone to try it and get it and I even told everyone at NASA GLENN here to get it, since we have pizza parties all the time and when we test we cant leave for lunch so we order this. BUT ever since then, Ive had the WORST service and everything....tonight for example I had to wait 2 freaking hours for my pizza that still never came called them they gave me attitude like it was my fault then said itll be there any second.....twenty minutes later I called and told them to cancel it which they gave attitude again and they said about the refund that they will get to it when they get to it...THEN the pizza came ten minutes after that....They TRIED to blame it on construction but I literally live down the street..I should have just went and got it but I was stuck in the house watching kids...Im taking down all the menus and signs I put up ADVERTISING them...I put it up there for them for business...NOW to hell with them

This place has absolutely terrible service! I am outraged! I ordered 1 half sheet pizza, 2 tacos, and a 2 liter of coke at 11:25 P.M. for deliverey. I literally live around the corner and its 1:00AM and the F***ing FOOD STILL ISNt HERE!! And Im still gonna have to pay full price for it, I called twice. Half an hour ago they told me it was just coming out of the oven. Dont order from here. I am NEVER going to EVER AGAIN!!! I dont even want the food anymore. I dont care if you dont like my review, this place sucks. In fact, I dont even know if the food is coming...

Loaded fries are terrible!!!!! So I ordered the meatball sub sandwich and loaded fries for delivery, first of all.... they didnt give me no napkins. ...ok no big deal. But when I opened up the packaged, this is what I got!! See in the photo for yourself of the "loaded fries". It was just burned up stale left over fries that they reheated and put toppings on top of. This is why they want you to get the loaded fries.....so they dont waste money on the left overs. The meatball sub wasnt great either. I mean I didnt take a photo of it, but it was very bland for me.

Pizza is wonderful. Sauce is just the slightest bit sweet and I love it. It seems to be of a homemade variety and not just something premade dumped out of a can like so many others. Asked for something special and was accommodated. Have had several of their salads and all were fresh and good, especially their version of an antipasto. Really recommend it. Daytime staff has been friendly and accurate -- amazing overall. If they had a rotating daily special -- they might be my daily routine instead of just a weekly treat.

Pizza was good enough, but when I called to correct an error in my order (wrong toppings) they asked for the pizza back before they would send us a new pizza with the correct toppings. The least they could do is give us a free pizza for the mistake they made in our order. It was an online order, too, so the mistake was completely their fault. They specifically said they would not give us a free pizza for their error. Would not order from them again because of the poor service.

Had some of the best service of our life here. We ordered online and when we arrived, the pizza was done, but it was slightly burnt. We said that it really didnt matter to us (since we kinda like it that way anyway). But the owner insisted that they make us another one. Within no time, we had another fresh pizza. The sauce they use is excellent, with a unique, slightly sweet flavour. The crust has its own great taste as well. Well definitely be going back again very soon.

We were driving by and saw this place and decided to have dinner as we were hungry. As we entered, we were greeted with happy face. The people preparing the food were very friendly and the food was awesome. My fiends ordered pizza and I ordered a sub. The quantity was great and the price was reasonable. I will definitely go there again if I am in the neighborhood. I was really surprised that such a small place can deliver great food and excellent customer service.!!!

We ordered the Roma burger with fries, anti pasto salad, and stoner sticks. The burger was cooked well done (no option when ordering to select the doneness) and was SO dry!! It had good flavors, just needs to be cooked properly. The fries were soggy because they were undercooked; we tasted raw potato. The salad was good though, plenty of toppings and was big. The best part was the stoner sticks. Its funnel cake sticks with powdered sugar. They were really good.

Im here visiting from New Jersey and stop at Brothers Pizza and i must say its the best place i been too here in Cleveland. The food is great and the staff is absolutely the best and most friendly staff i have met. Keep up the good work guys and good luck on all you fo. I highly recommend everyone to stop by and try the best pizza in town.

Just tried Brothers Pizza for the first time tonight! It was great. The crust is awesome. We had the Mac Daddy Pizza, Garlic Parm wings and Buffalo Rancher wings. The food was amazing. And the price was even better. Better than Angelos. Definetly will be ordering from here on out. Thanks Brothers!

Made an order online at there website. Two hours and nothing. Called to question about it and came to find they had not even made it yet. Very poor service, not even any offer to attempt service recovery. Will not use this place again, and this is after being a loyal customer.

Best ranch sauce ever. Always fresh & homemade. I love the bbq wings , sweet baby rays sauce . And their pizzas are incredible also.. sometimes u dont get enougb this or tht or enough on the wings. Ugh its the best place. So sad i moved to far away tht they cant deliver.
