The ordering staff are being payed way more than theyre worth. I mean they have 3 parts to there job. Taking the order (correctly), taking your payment, and giving you your receipt, along with your cup(s) and pager. And this was way way to difficult for her to handle. The order was wrong, we never got our receipt or the pager. And when I ask about them. They has to bring over a manager who also had zero clue what she was doing. And also couldnt find our order in the system. Then we found our order just wondering around with a few empoyees. And when I asked what the name on the order was. They didnt known... The food was mediocre but and $$$ for what it is. A kids Mac and cheese is 5$ and doesnt even cone with a cup for water. Personally I like to see all the staff involved retrained from the ground. And the manager demoted back to cashier until she figures out how the system works.

Doesnt even deserve a one star.. employees were rude and kept getting our orders wrong and the workers started talking smack about my family saying that we ordered wrong behind the counter and my sister heard them and then they took our receipt so we had to go get another one printed so we could show them they were wrong then didnt comp my sisters meal because she ordered a bread bowl and they ran out of them but never did anything to tell her and then all they did was give us an extra roll and then gave us a hard time about giving my sister her danish that came with her meal. Needless to say were not coming back

Rude rude rude! We ordered rapid pick up due to going to work and a very sick kid. We like panara but when rapid pick up says 9:06 and you dont get your food until 9:26 it isnt rapid. When told manager they were very not caring and fluffed us off. No apology no trying to make it right no sorry for inconvenience. This isnt the first time Ive experienced rude workers here! If you dont like your job go somewhere else, but to ruin a customers opinion of a place due to your bad day isnt a way to handle a business. A sorry would of sufficed instead of ignoring situation.

Not sure why they do not have "Egg & Cheese on Signature Bagel" in their cafe menu, though you can order this through rapid pickup online :(. Very natural Girl on counter never heard of such item ...really? Anyway I end up with "Egg & Cheese on Ciabatta"..which I finished in 5 second yummmy! Advise to them: "You need to work on educating your staff on why some items are there available for online order but not in cafe menu"

Panera is great, but the employees are not competent at this location. A bunch of teenagers who dont care and got my order wrong 3 times. I used the Panera app. My order was late and didnt have my entire order in the bag. Then used the wrong type of bread for my sandwich.I went back to my hotel and the dressing wasnt in 2 of my salads. It doesnt take geniuses to read an order and put it together. So disappointing.

This used to be one of the best Paneras in the city. Very clean, the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. In the past month, 90% of the staff has changed and the quality of this location has suffered. Today I went there for lunch and when I got back to my office and opened the box my sandwich was in a fly flew out. I will never return.

Hit or miss on the service here. Recently its been alot of miss. Attitude for simply walking up to the counter- no matter to order, say somethings wrong, or ask for what I paid for. Managers included. Silverware dirty. Orders missing items. Cold soup because it sat on counter for 10 minutes.

Just an average Panera. The parking lot was very difficult to use (narrow and crowded) with busy street access. The food was fine, but a little pricy as with all paneras. Its a fine stop for lunch.

Its a panera. Nothing shocking or different. This one gets crowded for lunch, but the service speed is reasonably fast. Parking though, is a royal pain, as theres a cheap supermarket next door.
