Went in last night with my husband and 4 month old to get a pizza. I have not eaten Pizza Hut for almost 16 years and wanted to give it a try again. The pizza?! Wow! It was realllyyy good! Im schocked how good it was. But the service?! Even better! Mike was awesome when we greeted us and was just so humble and said hi to my daughter and talked to us while we waited for the pizza. We decided to eat inside and he grabbed us plates and just went above and beyond. He is such a great manager. We over heard him talking to his staff and he was just so profesional and really got down and dirty and helped them out. He seemed like a reallllll team player. My husband and I used to work in customer service and just kept talking about how much we would have loved to hire him , as we listened to how he talked to his employees. No wonder the pizza tastes soooo good!! Those employees must love working there with such great manager. You can even taste it in the food hahahaha. I loved it!! And mike was just sooooo freaking awesome!! Im only getting pizza there now!! I dont think I would go anywhere else!! Just the service is what made the experience sooooo good!!! Thank you mike!!

This puzza hut stinks, especially the attotude of the manager Josie. Tried to get a carryout special. Manager insisted that i have a paper coupon for any deal, not the text specials cfl pizza sends me all the time. I told her most stores i know of would make a deal jist to match dominos right across the syreet. She said dominos has specials and i asked if she was actually encouraging me to go to dominos and she said yes. So I did. Great pizza at dominos. Smug attitude at pizza hut. I guess they have so much business they dont want a new family in the neighborhood, especially one with three teenagers that eats pizza 1-2 times a week. Sticking with dominos.

They dont even get a 1 star i had no choice just so i can comment. THE worst pizza hut ever. Nasty rude down to the managers and assistant manger. Their driver robbed me of my money and we had hair in our food and not just a little bit like a lot. I called to tell them their driver short me my money they said Im lying and didnt want to do anything about it. They never called me back to resolve the issue at all. This is ridiculous and the first and last time I will ever shop with this low grade pizza hut with no customer service skills whatsoever.

Tried to call in a order but nobody answered the phone. So I walked in and was informed by the cashier that they were busy cleaning so they could not answer the phone. Ordered a pizza anyway sonce I was there. Then spoke to the manager who said there were only three people working so no time for phones. Got my pizza and of course it was not right eother. Patience gone so I paid for the pizza and settled for a pizza that I did not order. Will now go to Dominoes or NYPD which are both across the street.

A little bit further of a drive for us on carryout orders BUT this location is a LOT more consistent with regard to order accuracy and friendliness of staff when compared to the newer location at Lakeside Village (535). That being said, its worth the extra 3-4 mile drive for us to order from here. They also tend to participate in more "deals/promos" than the other location, so its also more affordable!

We have a new baby. I have a sign out front warning not to ring the doorbell or knock cause our dog will wake the baby. Tonight im exhausted so I order pizza when I hear my cell vibrating. I answer to the pizza delivery guy whispering "your pizza is here" honestly the fact that he cared enough to read the sign unlike FedEx guy
