So today my day wasnt starting that great because I went threw Chick Fila on the way to work and purchased a coffee and sandwich... got to work and my coffee had spoiled milk in it !!! Super disappointed!! Anyone who knows me knows how much I need my coffee ... so I called The business and asked for the manager and explain the situation he then explained to me that its a ongoing problem and theyre trying to fix took down my name and address and said he would send me a gift card for a free meal asked where I worked said it was awfully close he knew where it was and we hung the phone up.... minutes later this manager shows up at my work with a large coffee and a gift card for a free meal and surprised me and totally made my day!!! You dont get customer service like that anymore !!! Being a manager myself I was just totally thankful to this man for not only going above and beyond for his customers but also making my day by showing their are still decent people that care about their customers !!! If any of you are ever at the Chick Fila in Montrose and the manager by the name of DAN PARKS is working just let him know he is a awesome manager !!!!

My family loves chik fil a. We usually dont go to this location but my experience is upsetting enough I wanted to say something. My daughter is allergic to apples. I asked for a fruit cup without apples, so they gave me a fruit cup full price with the apples removed. They told me because of the price of the fruits they couldnt put more of other fruit in the cup or give any kind of discount. So I paid $3.50 for a quarter of a fruit cup. Other chik fil a restaurants have always filled the cup with the other fruits. I thought it was incredibly unreasonable to make me pay full price for a quarter of a fruit cup because my daughter is unfortunate enough to have an allergy. Staff was rude and acted annoyed despite initially asking very nicely why this would be their policy. Dont have this problem at any other location.

Still great, but be more mindful of every customer no matter how small the order. I was just grabbing a frosted lemonade after the lunch rush. Ordered and paid in no time and pulled up to the window. There were over 5 employees who proceeded to talk like it was social hour after lunch rush and ignore the fact that I was waiting. Then one of the females asked if I received my frosted lemonade and I told her no. Please be more mindful of every customer that comes through your drive thru.

Chick-fil-A is known for its family-friendly setting and great eats. The Chick-fil-A in Montrose Ohio is no exception. I used to work a short distance from this establishment and would often eat there over other closer fast food restaurants specifically because of the friendly staff , their service, and the consistent quality of the food.

I generally dont expect much from chain restaurants and especially ones located at malls. I ordered the chicken marsala. It was pretty good. My wife liked her meal also. The server did a great job. He efficiently attended to us without asking if everything is ok every ten minutes.

I work in the area. Their neighbor Wendys she be shut down because of poor service and wait time. Your staff and the way that the y run their drive-thru is impressive. Rain or shine the employees are outside taking orders and taking payment and running orders to the cars.

Had a great experience here. We arrived early in the morning. They were very accommodating and helped with all our needs. Tyler took our orders and brought us our food. The food was delicious. Chick-fil-a is always a great stop headed north. Overall very enjoyable.

While it can be consistently busy, there is good reason! The restaurant is always clean and the food is served fresh and in a timely manner. It definitely feels like a big step above your average fast food!

The burgers here have so much fried oil in them its disgusting, even worse then mcdonalds. i wouldnt be surprised if you get a stroke from eating here all the time.
