I asked the attendant if I could prepay 13 gallons of gas, and he said "ugh how much is that." And I said, "Im unsure. How much is it for a single gallon of gas?" The attendant sighed loudly again and said, "I dont know. How much do you want?" So I went back outside, checked the price, and tried to pay. When I asked if I could use my GE advantage card he said, " ugh, do you even have a card?" ... Needless to say a long-time customer of Giant Eagle and Get-go should not be spoken to that way. The attendant was not helpful at all, and seemed upset that I was trying to use the Get-go services. I hope Get-go doesnt make a habit of hiring miserable people. This was on 4.28.16 at 12:45pm with the male attendant.

SLOW. I void going inside at all costs. Ive never been to a gas station with slower check out lines. The last time I was inside to grab a quick beverage, I stepped in front of the register only to have the attendant glance and me and move away to take care of something else. I stood there for another moment or two before moving to another register to wait (closer to where the first attendant now was standing) and looked up to see that, lo and behold, the GetGo staff who had turned away from me was promptly responding to a man who had gotten in line behind me.
