Ive been looking for a nice place to get new piercings and tattoos. I called Tattoo Cafe ahead of time to get some prices on items I planned to purchase. An apprentice told me that their navel jewelry started at $1! Believe I was hooked already. I went around 7p Its a small ways from I-71 near steelyard commons and was very conservative, nothing like Ive seen from a tattoo/piercing parlor. The door was open and I parked directly in front of it so I could see my car from the inside. I noticed tattooists cleaning equipment and people utilizing the free WiFi. The man that helped me was super bland like he didnt wanna help and gave me a different price for the navel jewelry. (more expensive) and i ended up not being able to purchase the rings because they only accept cash. So, In all I would have given them a 2 yesterday for false advertisement and poor customer service. Today, I came back around 2p and met Coco. THE BEST they have!!! Knowledgeable about everything in the store specializing in piercings, told me that the navel rings were $1 each. I bought 5. He helped with insertion and reviewed the cleaning process with me again. I highly recommend choosing Coco for your piercing needs. Hes so cool and down to earth and I will definitely be putting in a good word about him. His customer service exceeded my expectations and I wish he did tattoos too. As soon as he gets his license, he has a customer for life. Oh and parking is on the side of the street right in front of the building.

Went there today to taper open a couple cartilage piercings I had forgotten about. First off, the building does not have any loud, obnoxious neon signs indicating its a tattoo place and in fact its not entirely one of those places. Ive seen my share of tattoo/piercing parlors and while most are cluttered with jewelry and glass casing, tattoo cafe appears more cafe than tattoo. Upon entering is an open bar-style area, and also plenty of seating. Did I mention there is free wifi and espresso? Regardless, it was a very unique sight to be seen - wish it was closer to where I live as I would be tempted to hang out there. As for the piercings, I got Joe, who was probably one of the most down to earth and professional piercer Ive come across. He was very polite and careful during the whole process and I would go back in a heart beat. Oh yeah and their prices are more than reasonable, I dont want to speak for them but I know most places in Cleveland are typically double what they are here. Overall highly recommended, these guys deserve great business for both thinking outside the box and for professionalism. Best place in Cleveland to get a piercing.

there the best place ever to get a piercing and tattoo my tattoo is a heart with my name its totally the best place ever they charge 30 dollars i would tell everyone in the world to go here make your appointment today its a very clean service and they are very calm with you too nn They are super friendly have the most amazing selection of jewelry ever at the best prices I have seen. I had the itch for some new ink and they went above and beyond with my new tattoo. I am very pleased with tattoo cafe and will refer all my friends and family nn I recently got my bellybutton pierced by Joe at Tattoo Cafe. He was extremely professional (and super nice). Being somewhat of a germophobe, I was really concerned about cleanliness and everything be sterile and clean. And it was. Everything is disposable/autoclave and he washed his hands and changed his gloves three times during the whole process. I was very pleased and I love my new piercing. I highly recommend getting a piercing here! I will be going back for more :) there the best place in cleveland ohio

So far Ive had two piercings, excellent. I had one years ago, but finally had to remove the jewelry because it wouldnt heal after several years, and it closed. Joe Phillips helped me evaluate whether to have it repierced. He did a careful examination, laid out all the considerations, and we moved forward. One can only call his shop a "surgery theatre," so clinical and clean. He is kind, uber-competent, and he explains everything hes doing at every step. The repiercing is healing better than the first one ever did, the new, first-time piercing is healing perfectly, as well. Im eager for the next. Thank you, Joe!! At the same time, Im working with Andy Zint on a new, original piece of art. Its fantastic to work with some one who is as excited with the ideas as I am. Were taking time to create something beautiful. More on that later as the project progresses...

This is the first place I got my tattoo I came as a walk and talked to Andy he know exactly what I wanted when it came to fonts, proportion, sizing and color. The business seems to be ran the the right way its always clean with a friendly atmosphere. I waited a few months to write this review because I herd so many people say they had to go back to get there tattoos touched up but with Andy I followed what he said to do after the tattoo is done to this day it looks exactly the way it did a week after my tattoo. Overall Im very happy with my experience and highly recomend people that are new to tattoos to come in and at least gain some knowledge and point you in the right direction if they cant help you.

My tattoo artist was Nick. He did great work however his concern for others time was lacking. I planned on being in there for a total of 4 hours over 2 sessions. Came in for my first appointment, which was prescheduled and he was working on another tattoo which took over an hour after my scheduled time. Go back for round two and he was double booked, told me I had to reschedule even though I was scheduled two weeks in advance. Finally able to get in the last session, of course he shows up late. Almost 3 hours of my life I wasted waiting to get my tattoo done. But if you have extra time to waste, he does awesome work

I had only a outline of a old tattoo, that I was wanting covered. Not hard to do since the old tatt was not colored in or anything at all. Well I walk in & asked for a cover up, he checked it out & said your going to spend over 500.00 on this at 100.00 a hour. no tattoo shop will do this under 500.00. I knew he was b/s me right off the bat. So I went somewhere else. the other tattoo shop hooked me up for 160.00. With NO problem at all. Tattoo cafe just didnt want to do the job because I guess my work needed wasnt worth his time. I wont go back nor recommend. Thanks for nothing

Ive seen tattoos done from there and they are very good but the peircing is horrible! Any peircing I had there got infected and had to take out. I got my Monroe done there and they didnt even tell me They were giving me numbing mouthwash to peirce it. They have me the smallest earring and tightened the earring so tight my whole lip was swollen you couldnt even see the earring anymore. I was scared and in pain. He offered to re peirce it for free but I dont want them touching my lip again!
